I stayed here for a concert at Goyang Stadium. There were staff who could speak Japanese, and there was a convenience store below the hotel, so it was very convenient. I was glad that they were kind enough to help me when I had a problem.

I stayed there for 2 nights! There were no Japanese power outlets, but there were USBs and other devices by the pillow! It was great to be able to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the TV!

Although the hotel is a 3-star hotel, the rooms are spacious and have a terrace. The hygiene level is clean, but unfortunately the hotel staff does not understand English and it makes it difficult to get help. The room has a balcony with tables and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy the scenery outside the window. The bad thing is: there is no light in the corridor of the hotel room. It doesn't feel dark when the sun shines in during the day, but it feels very dark when you go back at night. I forgot to bring my room card when I went out, so I went to the front desk to get a new one, thinking that I would return it together when I checked out. I didn't expect the front desk to ask me to return it after opening the door. I ran back and forth twice. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I don't feel very good.
