Family-friendly Hotels in Goynuk Mahallesi

We arrived on October 22-23, 2022 for a day. The room was large and clean. The hotel is small, but everything you need is there. Animators lighters even at the end of the season. Enough entertainment. The food is normal. Turkish alcohol (better not to drink a lot))) good playground and mini disco. The only negative is the smoke from the kitchen in the evening. It seems to me that the usual good hotel for very little money

Just returned from here . Only main fault I have with hotel is lifeguards didn’t seem very well trained as witnessed a young child being taken out pool by another older child , drowned and was another holiday goer that preformed cpr on the child , the life guard was distraught but just seemed like forever for trained staff to arrive, although not the life guards fault as children are us parents responsibility , I do feel cpr training should be first knowledge to life guards . Other than that I can not fault the hotel, all staff were friendly and polite , and everything was clean, I’m a fussy eater but there was plenty of food to choose from and the food at the seafood bar food was also lovely and noodle bar , snack bar and croissant bar and coffee bars were all great , does advertise many more alacarte restaurants However only can choose from two , the rest are all payable , however I didn’t see a need to pay alacarte ,when food was plenty full . I would recommend this place for kids club and water slides , plenty there to keep kids amused

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

We came to the hotel for 4 nights for the holiday. The size and facilities of the hotel are very nice, but my wife, who drank open beer on the first day, could not leave the room for 2 days and got sick. My son and I developed allergies because the pollen from the trees was not cleaned properly. We fixed it by warning the hotel, but our holiday was ruined. Thanks to us, it was good for many people. They did not serve open beer and the rooms and furniture were cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was very good, they were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice but some of the elevators were remote and not working so we had to walk a lot.

Hotel staff work extremely hard and very long hours at Seven Seas Hotel Life. Food in the main restaurant was really good; different options every single meal, hot cold, plain, spiced. If anyone complains about the food in the main restaurant I would wonder why as every need is catered for. Choice of 2 specialist restaurants to visit during your stay, Italian and Turkish. We felt that both of these restaurants were not as good as the buffet restaurant. Staff work really hard but it felt rushed, lighting in the Italian could have been more subdued as it was quite bright, more like a school canteen and the room lacked atmosphere. Bedrooms were great, huge bed and mini bar which is stocked a couple of times. Bedroom bathrooms could have a small magnified mirror added . Entertainment team work hard but you do feel pressured from them to join in. One member of our party was asked to complete a review and we were 5 days away from the end of our holiday, pressure from above maybe! Some meal times it was difficult to find a table, could be an idea to try a host who greets you and seats guests. One outside area could do with some solar lighting as it gets quite dark to eat under the canopy. The swimming pools are good, however be careful as the flooring is extremely slippery. Evening entertainment is held in an amphitheater (dancing show) and then live music in a fabulous setting by the sea, be aware this gets quite busy so get there before 9 if you want a seat. Shows were varied and good. The area is all inclusive hotels so no restaurants or bars to visit outside the hotel in Goynuk, just shops that you get pounced on the moment you look inside. Nothing to do with the hotel but just a heads up on the area. We went on a boat trip whilst on our holiday which was fabulous and the views in and around where we stayed were beautiful. Overall, would I recommend this hotel - yes.

A wonderful place to stay, the staff are great and professional starting from the front desk, gust relations, activity teams, catering and restaurants and ending with the room service. Everyone was handling our requests with pleasure and a smile on face. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely visit this property again. It was an indescribable holiday. My wife and my 7-month-old son and I chose this place after reading the comments on our first holiday. It was a perfect holiday. I wish it hadn't ended. The hotel has its own transfer. The relations department called and asked if there was anything you didn't like about your problem. I told them that we didn't like the food. They wanted to meet with us immediately. We went to the manager and called the kitchen chef ERDEM BEY. Mr. Erdem came and explained how they made the food meticulously, so well that he took one-on-one attention and as long as we stayed, ERDEM BEY was always like our family. He met our needs. We were shocked that he wouldn't do anything to relatives. It's a great feeling to know such a person. That's why we come to this hotel every year and we will. As for the other staff, from the cleaner to the reception, all the staff are so friendly. You seriously wouldn't believe it, you'd say you're exaggerating, but all the employees love their jobs and smile. They do it like bees, they never stop, they take care of whatever you want, you ask, they do it, the rooms are very clean, in fact the entire hotel is very clean, they always call to ask if you need it, ooof, leaving the hotel was very sad for the first time, we felt like we were leaving our family, we can't wait for the summer to come next year, thank you very much for everything. I am currently staying here with my partner. We are so impressed with this hotel. We upgraded our room, and it really is fabulous. The food is incredible. I've never seen so much food at an all-inclusive. Even if they served the same food every evening, you could have something different for 2 weeks or more. Snack bar is the perfect alternative at lunch time, burgers, pizza donner and fries. Drinks are strong! Not keen on the beer but the cocktails are strong and very tasty. Animation team are brilliant, and friendy Anistasia comes over to chat every day and they work so hard and are so friendly. The bar and restaurant staff are all lovely. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are cleaned well and we don't have a bad word to say about it. I've already told everyone back at home that have to visit. It's the best all inclusive we have stayed at in a long time. If you have booked you will have an in credible time. We still have a week left and I've never written a review before arriving back in the UK. This place really is amazing.
