You could not find a better situated Hotel in the centre of Granada. We initially had a problem with one of the rooms a we had requested a twin bedded room through our agent but apparently this was not confirmed so they had booked us into a double. The receptionist was so helpful and after a discussion arranged for us to view the rooms still available before we agreed to taking the most suitable. The problem was overcome because all the twin bedded rooms were already booked we took a double into which they put an extra single bed although we had to pay extra. Throughout our stay all the staff were so helpful and attentive, no request was too difficult. If we ever return to Granada we would not hesitate to stay again. There were still Covid restrictions in place (June 2022) so there were no brochures or pamphlets displayed, but the receptionists were all very helpful in answering any questions about facilities in the hotel and about Granada itself - where bus stops were for different buses, cafe's restaurants etc. The breakfast in the hotel was not a buffet (Covid) restrictions) but was waiter service, the menu having a good selection - try the toast with avocado and tomato!

This is a very nice hotel, well placed to access all the must see spots in Granada, incl a 15min walk to the Alhambra. Very polite receptionists, lovely lobby area and the basement eating room is charming. Our room was a deluxe and worked out at around €200 b&b. Comfortable large bed, huge bath and good aircon We didn’t use the parking near the hotel - we decided to use Parking Violón and walk the 12/13min in rather then try and negotiate the narrow maze of one-ways and restricted zones! Only negative points to raise would be a slightly musty smell in our room, and the rather odd practice of three different pre-authorisations on my card (once when booking some months ago, once after the date for free cancellation passed and then again when we checked in) Each time the money was released back to me again, but I found it odd and unnecessary But overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

We stayed for two nights for our first visit to Granada. The location is just a short walk in any direction from various points of interest. Very near the cathedral area which is a warren of shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. In another direction the Plaza Nueva from where you can walk up to Alhambra. Staff were very friendly and called us a cab for our return to the train station. Breakfast was enjoyable in the outdoor courtyard. Our room had a safe and we had no problem with noise from the busy lanes around the hotel. Overall an excellent value and the location allowed us to make the most of our time in this very enjoyable town.

It was nice to have a Korean restaurant less than a minute away. I didn't expect much, but it was wider and cleaner than I thought, and everyone was friendly. I think there are many people who go for one night, but I recommend this hostel.

We drove there by ourselves, but after going around for a long time, we couldn’t get around the door. Later, we simply changed the car; the hotel is 50 meters away from the pedestrian street, the room is relatively small, and there is basically no extra space for an extra bed (the Ctrip agent has no remarks) The extra bed resulted in an extra bed for the second night), soundproofing was not very good, and the breakfast terrace was beautiful.

Oh dear what a horrible place. Even the entrance and reception are shabby giving really bad first impression. The check in man was friendly but that's where any praise stops. On opening the door to our rooms they stank of smoke. The rooms were small and our double was 2 singles pushed together which moved apart when we sat on them. The furniture was faux dark brown wood, the safe didn't work, there was no fridge considering the temp outside was 35degrees we needed somewhere to keep water cold. The blind was broken and wouldn't close so we couldn't shut the light from the street out. The shower was hand held over the bath. We got no sleep that night as there is no soundproofing and there were cars, lorries road sweeper and people parting outside all night. We moved out to an apartment next day booked over dinner as we couldn't cope with another night. We did receive 2 nights refund out of 4 but we were still out of pocket
