I recently visited this restaurant for dinner with friends, and while the food and ambiance were excellent, the customer care left much to be desired. Our evening started on a disappointing note due to the unprofessional behavior of Ajay at the reception. His dismissive attitude and lack of courtesy set a negative tone, which was unfortunate for an otherwise enjoyable outing. The reception desk is the first point of contact, and it plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience. Sadly, this aspect did not meet expectations. On a positive note, the food was fantastic. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and served promptly. The quality of the cuisine and the pleasant atmosphere made the dinner enjoyable despite the earlier issue. It’s clear that the kitchen staff is dedicated to delivering a high standard of culinary excellence. That said, customer service is just as important as the food. A little more warmth and professionalism at the reception desk would go a long way in ensuring a seamless experience for diners. While I recommend this place for its delicious food, I hope management takes steps to improve their front-of-house service. Better hospitality would truly elevate the overall experience.
