Personnel très accueillant et site exceptionnel aussi d’un point de vue historique. Un ancien de l’hôtel qui est à la retraite prend plaisir à venir partager ses connaissances sur l’histoire du site Merci à tout le personnel et plus particulièrement au responsable des animations bars et restaurants ainsi qu’à Amrita Veekee Dannie Carol Anna.Sidonie

L’accueil est chaleureux. Tout le personnel ne cherche qu’à vous choyer. Les excursions proposées vous permettent de bien découvrir l’île. Nous avons eu Véronique qui nous a appris bcp de choses Prithvi est tjrs présent pour savoir si vous êtes bien. Avec lui on a l’impression d’être de la maison et à la maison on y revient. A l’an prochain Cordialement à tous

Superb meal and experience in the Serenata restaurant. Amazing Chef Visaven who went above and beyond…and the team. Catering for my coeliac /gluten free requirements without a problem. Even letting us sample a future dish..! Fabulous..!

10ème séjour au Canonnier. Une fois de plus notre séjour a été magnifique grâce à toute l'équipe (même ceux que l'on ne voit pas, aux cuisines ou dans les bureaux par exemple). Accueil, restauration, propreté chambre..., impeccables Quelques noms mais tous mériteraient d'être nommés : Amrita, Meetun, Ajay (bar et cuisine), Collen, Dannie, Obi, Avinash, Deepak, Seegoolam, Veekee, Adil, Rukesh, Mulliah, Joypaul, Shabeer, Lisette, Prithvi, Kailach, le chef cuisinier du Serenata, Chelan, Rachel, Mehendi, Karan......... Merci à tous pour votre dévouement.

L'ile Maurice était mon reve!! Je l'ai réalisé avec mon mari sur cette ile et dans cet hôtel magnifique !!!. Vous arrivez et déjà vous êtes au paradis . L'accueil est chaleureux ,tout le personnel est souriant , prévenant . L'hôtel est beau, propre, vous vous sentez dans un cocon partout où vous vous trouvez. La chambre était magnifique avec vue sur la mer et le soir son coucher de soleil.... Les restaurants (un choix extra et très bon et le bar sont magnifique et le personnel toujours à vos petits soins. Mulliah est une personne adorable avec qui nous avons adoré discuter et se taquiner. Et bien sur tous les autres Vicky, Meetun, Winnie, Anna , Joypaul... et je ne peux pas citer tout le monde.. Les activités sont top , le centre spa est reposant, l aquagym est super . Nous avons fait l'initiation plongée piscine et mer avec l 'équipe du Sunset diving ,Will et John ont été attentionné pour ma 1ère fois ,la main de John ne m'a pas laché!!! Une super équipe !!! Balade en catamaran avec l'équipe Sunkiss géniale. En 2026 nous allons revenir pour notre anniversaire de mariage et sans hésiter au Cannonier Beachcomber. Encore Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance.

We had an amazing holiday at this beachside hotel. We stayed in a superior room with a lovely garden view, which was so peaceful and beautifully maintained. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with a few smaller, more secluded beaches nearby that made it easy to find a quiet spot to relax by the sea or snorkel and admire the local sea life. The food was fantastic, with plenty of variety, especially lovely local dishes. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Jayshee, Akshi, and Pokhun for making our stay extra special and helping out with a late check out option. A truly memorable beach getaway!

Sunila's massage was spectacular. Very relaxing! It was worth every minute... I didn't want it to end! The hotel service, in general, is very good. Everyone is polite and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Great beach and pool. I loved being here. I will be back again.
