Teleurstellend daar we 3 nachten weinig of niet geslapen hebben door de warmte !!! De mobiele airco was ontoereikend en bood geen koelte . Had dit reeds gemeld na 1 ste nacht . Er staat een waterkoker met tassen en ondertassen op de kamer doch koffie of thee moet je kopen in een winkel want ze verkopen het niet in het verblijf . Internet is ook niet beschikbaar in de kamer alsook op het terras waar je ontbijt en dineert .Je moet naar een kleine ruimte waar internet ook niet zo goed werkt . Een kleine moeite om versterkers te plaatsen in deze moderne tijden . Als je een handdoek op de grond gooit om te verversen moet je hiervoor betalen . Naast de negatieve opmerkingen is er wel een mooie tuin …..prachtig zwembad……voortreffelijk eten en een mooie kamer om te slapen doch te warm ! We hebben in 5 verschillende verblijven tijdens onze rondreis verbleven en deze was voor ons de minste van de 5 qua faciliteiten

Peaceful location in scenic surrounding. Ideal to explore both coastal areaas of Giardini Naxos - Taormina upwards as well as the Mountainous villages surrounding it. Great beach of San Marco 15 mins away. A car is must though as this accomodation is down a country road and not in safe walk distance of night life. Meals in evening were on pricey side for the quality and choice compared to restaurants. Breakfasts were buffet style so nothing cooked fresh to order. The home made jams were delicious as were the croissants. The staff were all delightfully polite and helpful. Very importantly to note this is set in a fertile river basin so expect lots of insects including mosquito in the summer - inside and outside, day and night. We were caught out by this as our insect repellant was not strong enough on the first day. So we had to buy DEET in the local pharmacy after this it was fine.

Posto incantato, letto comodissimo, stanza paradisiaca, cibo stellare, personale eccellentissimo. Consiglio a tutti di fare almeno una volta l'esperienza in questo agriturismo dove oltre il luogo spettacolare trovi del personale gentilissimo che si prende cura di te e soddisfa tutti i tuoi sogni/desideri sin dal momento in cui si mette piede nella struttura

Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo una notte, con sommo dispiacere. Ottima collocazione all'interno di un frantoio ristrutturato e riadattato. Ottimi i letti: riposo eccellente. Buona la colazione. Buono il ristorante. Paesaggio imponente per bellezza e ricco di verde.

Mooi verblijf, goed onderhouden en schoon. Het is een rustig vertrekpunt om dagelijkse uitstapjes te maken. Eigenaars hebben voldoende informatie en zijn zeer attent. O.a een alternatief voor een excursie naar de Etna. Wisselend menu uit eigen tuin. Daarnaast goed ontbijt voor elk wat wils.

Pulizia e dimensione delle camere adeguata. Cena e soprattutto colazione da migliorare nonostante la cura e gentilezza assicurate dal personale addetto. Le portate sono curate ma non sempre gustose. L'organizzazione della colazione è troppo sacrificata.

We stayed at Tenute Edone for a week. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome from Mario who was happy to prepare a meal for us even though it was well past lunch time. We ate there twice and the food was delicious all made with local produce. There was plenty of variety for breakfast too. Tanina was the perfect hostess and was concerned that we should make the most of exploring the area. She recommended many places for us to visit. Isola Bella, Taormina, Syracuse, Gardini Naxos and of course Etna. We are so happy to have found this hidden treasure. It has created many happy memories for us.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Nous logions dans la chambre 8, bien au calme avec une literie très confortable ! L’endroit est un petit coin de paradis. En effet le wi-fi n’est pas dingue mais c’est tellement peu de choses comparé à tout le reste : l’accueil chaleureux, les bons petits déjeuners, la vue sur la piscine, le jardin très agréable. Nous avons pris le repas tous les soirs et c’était excellent a chaque fois. Tanina est une petite perle. Elle a toujours le sourire et nous conseille pour les activités (elle a réservé la visite de l’Etna pour nous) Conclusion : allez y les yeux fermés ! Vous ne serez pas déçus ! 😊
