High class hotel. Rooms are large and well appointed. Every small detail seems to have been looked at. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but chill air from outside and a fan did it well. Included breakfast was generous and delicious. Restaurant for evening meals was excellent from starters to desserts. Staff was helpful and offered service in many languages. Quite professional service, although a bit cold.

This is my third time at this hotel, so no complaints here. I've only been here in the summer (off-season) but that suits me perfectly. Not a lot of people, a little secluded and with ample availability at the spa. Nice big rooms, great restaurant/food and very helpful staff. Would recommend and/or stay here again.

We stayed at the Grau Roig hotel for 2 nights ahead of walking across Andorra and couldn't have wished for a better experience! The staff, the room, the spa, the vibe, the breakfast and the evening dinner were all great. Nothing but positives from our experience!

Beautiful hotel - and the staff are absolutely fabulous. Probably the best staff of any place I have stayed in. I stayed in a superior double room - magnificent views from the balcony, and made use of the hotels spa area. Lots of walks to do. I didn’t eat an evening meal but I did have the breakfast (very civilised times - breakfast ran up until 11am) and the choice was extensive (and beautifully done).
