yeah, I would highly highly highly highly highly recommend this motel. I absolutely loved the sausage in the morning. OMG it was so good and whoever was the Asian person. She did an awesome job of accommodating me even though I came after 9:30 AM. She was awesome and got me some butter, some bread and some jelly so I had something to eat lol I was late. I wanted to get that sausage but that’s OK. She help me out with that awesome toast.

Most expensive HIE that I have stayed in. No fridge, no microwave and no hair dryer in our room. Mattreses pretty worn. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express. This one was not great. The staff was friendly and gave a good recommendation for dinner.

Hotel was great but irons were too gummed up to use. Used one in room 210 and was gunky so borrowed one from 208 and it was gummy. Never did get to iron my shirt. It would have ruined my shirt had i used the iron. Everything else was nice. Had a nice stay.

Brandee at the front desk was rather unpleasant to deal with. She had a very rude tone when speaking. The wifi at the hotel was not good and rather hard to connect to and once connected it was very slow. The bathroom was dirty and tub drained very slowly.

Wi-Fi is not good, Breakfast is okay but not perfect, bed are comfortable, not enough space for guest parking, plenty of trash all over of building. Pool is dirty, whirlpool jacuzzi were dirty , jet in whirlpool were not working . Mgmt does not maintain hotel to customers satisfaction

The hotel itself is nice but is starting to show its age in some areas. The hotel is trying to keep up with upgrades and updates. The beds were a bit hard but manageable. There are no usb plugs in the room we were in but lots of power options. And one thing they don’t tell you is that the water slide is only open minimally Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The pool is nice but quite chilly and the hot tub was more of a warm tub. The breakfast was very nice and well attended to.

Spacious rooms that were clean and employees were very helpful. The water slide only being open on weekends was a little frustrating for the kids but the continental breakfast was two thumbs up. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in Great Falls again.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast is delicious with gluten free options, only complaint is that the room floors were pretty dirty, the entry way came out black when cleaned with hand soap and a wash cloth, definitely had a musty used smell in the room.
