This was the most expensive thing we stayed In, thank god it was only for 1 night. It was more like a half way house. I have never stay in anything so bad the windows wouldn't shut, and we payed £119 for the night. The man on the desk was very nice, that's the only positive thing I can say about it

This was a last minute booking as needed somewhere to stay for the night in Yarmouth. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly chap and taken to our room, it was a fair size with on suit. When having a closer look there was a few hairs in the bath. I took a shower and not very powerful, I think anyone with long hair would struggle to rinse the shampoo out. However we had a great night's sleep. Got up in the morning made us both a coffee and I put milk in mine from 2 small cartons, it tasted a bit funny and after a few mouth fulls I noticed the milk in the cup was more like cottage cheese. Went for breakfast as this was included, we were offered Cereal, toast, full English and a pot of tea or coffee. We chose the cornflakes as the other options were a few months out of date. The full English breakfast and coffee went down well.

We stayed here for four nights and regretted it the moment we walked in. Filthy carpets throughout, smelt terrible.Very out dated, old furniture, utilty doors left open with cleaning chemicals in view. Doors filthy, walls had stains on them. The windows in the dining area were covered in muck. The only good thing about this hotel ,was David, who did a lovely breakfast and was very polite and helpful, and appeared to be doing 3 peoples jobs on his own.I would never go back here.

Used to stop in this hotel in the 80's when it was called the Westwick and loved it. It is now very tired and outdated. Came back in 2018 for a couple of nights for old times sake. The lift was out of order then and to this day is still out of order, Booked 5 rooms recently for a long weekend just to reminisce with family. It's the same mucky carpets and decor throughout the hotel that's been there for as long as I remember. In the various rooms there were big cracks in the walls, the curtains were falling to bits, wallpaper peeling off the walls. There was no water for a shower. When we complained we was just told it's because everyone is trying to shower at the same time. There was water leaking through the ceiling, when we reported it they didn't seem interested. All in all a very poor hotel now, Will not be stopping here again

Stayed here overnight on Saturday 6th Aug. Only booked it the night before as we made last minute plans. Main attraction was the free parking, however, unless you arrive at the crack of dawn you'll be lucky to get parked anywhere outside the hotel. We parked 2 streets away and it was a short walk but we did worry about our car not being visible to us. The hotel itself is very big. Our room was small and very dated, none of the furniture matched and it could have done with a lick of paint but it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful. Always looking for value for money places to stay and this one ticked the boxes.

We’ve stayed here a few times before covid , it’s possible it has been sold , please clarify, but clearly it has gone down hill since , We all know this is a budget hotel , but the price does not reflect this now, a strange smell as you walk in reception and through hallways , bedroom is ok , but bathroom is shocking , The type of heater is not suitable for a bathroom and not fixed to the wall , fallen off , rotten furniture in bathroom , the only good thing was the Breakfast, next time we will look elsewhere

I personally look for 10 high standard qualities in a hotel unfortunately this hotel only had 4 and some of my 3 weeks 2 of those high standard qualities didn’t work one being the WiFi and the other being breakfast and pizza kitchen but by the time I left the kitchen got fixed but the WiFi still wasn’t working. The other 2 high standards were the shower in my room (10) and 3 members of staff David (cook, hotel manager), Deiane (waitress), and a new guy who hasn’t been there long I had been told his name but don’t know how to spell it (hotel manager, waiter, cleaner)these people were fantastic but other members of staff seemed rude or unresponsive especially a Ali (owner, sit on bum guy). “Room” bed very uncomfortable and wasn’t made on a daily basis, very dusty had to clean own toilet. “Food” Pizza very high quality breakfast David was very good at doing poached eggs after the first day of trying to tell me he didn’t do them. “Rest of the hotel” maintenance lots of lightbulbs out lots of cobwebs in stairwell I did see some vacuuming being done but not very much all in all bad hotel
