The moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the staff, I knew it was going to be an incredible trip. To start, the location is amazing. Walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. What made the trip extra special was the head concierge, Alexsander. It was my first time in Canada and he told me so much about the history of some buildings and recommended all the places to go. He even took the extra step to walk my friend and me to Palate Kitchen around the corner to make sure we didn’t get lost and introduced us to the hostess. It was such an incredible level of customer service that I haven’t ever experienced , even when staying at other 5 star hotels. All the recommendations of sites to see made our trip absolutely perfect . The overnight front desk agent even offered me water and offered to call a cab when my Uber cancelled for my 5am flight. The other employee working that shift even carried my luggages to the car in the rain and waited with me outside until they were there. The room was spotless and so beautiful. Housekeeping did an amazing job. We were also given a handwritten card with Rosé upon arrival as well as breakfast vouchers and early check in. Thank you so much to the staff for making my vacation so magical. I can’t wait to refer my friends vacationing to stay at this hotel. What a special experience! Also, the breakfast and restaurant staff was phenomenal !

The breakfast is good and rich, the room is big, and the scenery outside the window is also very good. The location of the hotel is in the city center, you can walk to the scenic spots, and the hygiene of the hotel is also very good!

This hotel is SUPERB in every way. Their location is within walking distance to one of the train stops (we didn't use, but its 5 minutes away), a short 10 minute walk to the cruise terminals/seawall. We stayed 2 days prior to an Alaskan cruise and everything was amazing. The level of service was genuine and fantastic. So often these days you can feel like someone is ”going through the motions”. That is not at all the case here. The front desk greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and was so personable. The hotel is beautiful! A historical building restored beautifully both inside and out. The lobby area is amazing with dark beautiful woods. We were upgraded from a standard room to one of the largest standard rooms, overlooking the museum directly across the street. Upgrades are amazing, but just know they aren't always possible! Food - We at breakfast both mornings in the lobby lounge. Which saying sounds odd... but it is such a cozy spot. Food and service, again were fantastic. Room Service was also delicious! Concierge was so genuinely interested in ensuring we enjoyed out time in Vancouver! I look forward to a return trip where we will likely include some time back at the Hotel Georgia and some time in Whistler as well. Thanks to all at the Hotel Georgia for making our two days such an incredible experience!

This hotel could be so much better, especially for the price. On the positive side, the staff, including the concierge, Lisa, and the whole crew on the G floor are outstanding - the most friendly and helpful people. My suite was comfortable and quiet. The king size bed was firm. The air conditioner works well. The bathroom is big. The hotel location is good, near museums and Yaletown, with restaurants and boutiques nearby. The gym and the pool area are also good and, not many hotels in the city have an outdoor pool. The negatives are the extreme neglect regarding renovation and cleaning. For example, with COVID still an issue, after I checked in and stayed the first night in the hotel, I found an empty bottle of water behind the sofa and an used and dirty shirt near the bed. I did not noticed it immediately, because I arrived at 2 am and went straight to bed. To get my room cleaned daily was an ordeal. The hotel apologizes for being understaffed, but the prices were high, around CAD $5.500 for a week’s stay. If you cannot deliver the service, you should not be charging for it, The carpets and the curtains look old, dirty and shabby in the room and common areas. But by far the worse things about the Hilton Vancouver are the elevators. It is not unusual to wait 15 minutes, I am not exaggerating, to go from your floor to the lobby. I understand there is a shortage of workers in Vancouver, but some of the disappointing features of the Hilton could, in my opinion, be addressed by management that cares and is committed to providing guests with what they deserve based on their rates.

A very centrally located hotel. A continental style breakfast can be included in your stay. The room did have a galley kitchen with a microwave, fridge and oven. One down side was the lamps in the bedroom area. The switches were very dodgy. In fact we unplugged them and used only the main lights. The staff were very helpful.

The only positive thing about this hotel is it's good location to port. It's a very OLD building in serious need of an update. The tiny elevator was a joke. It took multiple trips to get our luggage to room, with No assistance available. The area where cold sorta 'breakfast' was served were not part any pictures online. There was also NOT a restaurant as described on website. We paid in $300+ for one night pre-cruise and it was an awful start. Very small OLD room and bathroom. A single chair at a small desk was only seating besides the small double bed. The view out the window was of a dirty wall to building next door. I expected so much more, so disappointed and will never stay there again. I would also advise you to find some place else.
