Had a late check in after driving many hours. Third floor room, elevator is broken, three flights of stairs with luggage for two people over 60. Out non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, toilet doesn’t flush, sheets feel like sandpaper.

We are so sorry that you smelled smoke in your room. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to ensure that nobody smokes in non-smoking rooms, it does occasionally happen and we hope you’ll accept our sincerest apologies for the smell of smoke that you experienced. After long travelling from NJ, we arrived at the property around 3:05 PM on July, 18th, 2022. Looking around the property from our car, it indicated to us that the property has been under constructions as well as "NEW" management - - - It used to be Ramada. We then proceeded to the front Lobby and met with a friendly lady (name: Alise). To make a long story short, she advised us that rooms in the third floor have been renovated as shown in the property website ('New Photo'). She assigned us to room #307, and we inspected the room prior to bring our belongings into the room. . . . We determined that the room was acceptable to our expectations. After having breakfast on July 19th, 2022, we packed our belongings to transfer into another hotel where our daughter's swimming team would be staying. In conclusion, We are happy to stay at this property. Please note and be patient as the property is renovated for better experiences to all of you. . . .
