I romani doc si emozionano a parlare di gite fuori porta da Squarciarelli. Quando ero bambino ne ho fatte tante con la mia famiglia e sicuramente sarò stato anche da Squarciarelli ma la mia recensione riguarda la prima volta che ci sono andato da adulto. Il servizio è stato impeccabile mai invadente. L'antipasto misto non entusiasmante perché mi aspettavo qualcosa in più come verdure. Le fettuccine fatte a mano ai funghi porcini ed il maialino porchettato a dir poco strepitosi. Buona anche la cicoria ripassata. Il conto in linea rispetto ad altri locali ed al servizio offerto.

Pranzo del primo maggio con mia moglie. Locale spazioso, accogliente. Personale gentile. Eccellenti fettuccine fatte a mano, una al ragù e una ai funghi porcini. Ottimo il maialino porchettato per secondo. Prezzi onesti. Pienamente soddisfatti. Da consigliare

La pizza non era buona per nulla l impasto era durissimo e gli ingredienti non erano buoni avevano un sapore pessimo. All interno il ristorante è pulito e ordinato e molto carino...un vero peccato però che si perdano in così poco. Il personale era gentile

Piatti della tradizione. Preparati in modalità vecchio stampo. Pasta fresca. Niente fronzoli. Approvato. Anche la location (all'aperto) rispetta lo stesso stile essenziale. Particolarmente apprezzati i porcini. Freschi. Alla piastra.

Abbiamo mangiato fuori . Ambiente un po’ trascurato. Buoni i primi calcio e pepe e anche il secondo di maiale arrosto Il primo con i funghi porcini e i secondi di funghi porcini senza sapore e abbastanza secchi . Francamente siamo rimasti delusi dei funghi visto che ci erano stati consigliati dal cameriere. Conto un po’ alto sopratutto per come abbiamo mangiato .

Si mangia bene ed a buon prezzo. Abbiamo pernottato anche al loro hotel: le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. I gestori sono molto cordiali e disponibili: ci hanno consigliato cosa visitare in zona e ci è piaciuto molto.

Finalmente approfittando della giornata festiva del 25 aprile abbiamo programmato un viaggio a Grottaferrata in quel di Roma per visitare il mitico ristorante Squarciarelli di cui parla la famosissima canzone “Arrivederci Roma”. La fama è perfettamente meritata. Abbiamo ordinato bucatini all’amatriciana e fettuccine al ragù.... sapori veramente immensi e indescrivibili, da provare assolutamente. A completare il pranzo una spettacolare porchetta, contorni vari, dolci artigianali. Mettiamoci anche servizio rapidissimo e simpaticissimo. Chi critica questo ristorante lo fa per invidia o per concorrenza sleale, non fidatevi.

Un ristorante a conduzione familiare delizioso da tutti i punti di vista con una cucina rustica ed appetitosa e porzioni generose. Pasta fatta in casa con porcini freschissimi, una spalla di maiale saporitissima e una buonissima tagliata di manzo. Prezzi veramente competitivi, complimenti vivissimi!

Ristorante davvero pessimo, sono andato con alcuni miei amici e ci hanno portato una Amatriciana davvero impresentabile, camerieri scortesi, locale veramente da evitare se volete mangiare bene in una città stupenda come Roma (e dintorni)
