房間設施較陳舊，有個小度略顯輕智能，可以開關燈及窗簾。但是，通過小度搞的客房服務形同虛設，房間裏沒有洗手液，電話打不通，便想通過小度通知補充，結果毫無結果……。最讓人噁心的是上床睡覺時居然感覺到有異物，一看，是一較大塊的人體皮屑😰，首要應激反應是把它一下子拍到地上去了（所以沒有第一時間拍下照片），因為時間較晚，樓層較高，嫌麻煩沒有下去找總枱！衹有穿上長袖長褲將就了一晚……床上用品肯定沒有做到一客一換！今後肯定是不會再來了，也希望酒店管理方能改善！
