酒店就在棲鳳峽景區，在景區玩的話就很方便，景色沒得説，提供的早餐非常簡單，入住的玻璃全景房，孩子倒是很新奇，出門就是景色，就是洗漱用水特別小，需要改進，以及房間出入的安全鎖，需要加強一下。還是滿意的

熱水洗澡一半就沒了，客服不管，也沒想的解決，身上打着洗浴液衹好自己燒點熱水毛巾搽了，訂房時帶四份早餐，接待人員説早上九點送到房間，結果十點都過了也沒送來，衞生間沒有窗户也無排風換氣措施，整個房間氣味都不好了，房子結構粗材料制濫造，晚上颳風整個房子都在晃動，服務人員態度極差，服務電話也沒人接，居住體驗極差，奉勸各位再不要住了

路難走，又暗。住着跟放養一樣！下雨天讓前台送個傘不太情願，到了前台説等下叫個跟我們到車上把傘拿回來也不太情願。態度又差！説話帶損人！什麼素質。
