Hotel was abit small but manageable. Right in the heart of shopping district so food and shopping was within a stone’s throw. Hotel staff was nice and accomodating. Not a 5 star kind of service but warm like a neighbourhood

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. There's a Dim sum restaurant (not part of the hotel), very well patronised by the locals, that serves breakfast lunch & dinner at very affordable prices.

I always stay at this hotel every time I visit company in Guangzhou. I like the service, especially laundry service which is very convenient for a long stay. However, during my trip in Jan, they cancelled breakfast while still shown here in Trip.com that it’s included. So I need to skip my breakfast everyday instead, even though they return cash to me, but it’s still not convenient. Overall service is nice. A little change apart from breakfast would be toilet facilities. They cut off many things. Like cotton buds and facial pads, conditioners. I went to ask from the lobby and received something. In the past everything was provided for us. So these changes meant a lot for me.
