The room environment is very good. There is a nice smell when entering the lobby. The lady at the front desk said it was the hotel's aromatherapy. It was already very late when we checked in. Another guy was very considerate and brought us flower tea. Check-in was also very fast.

The room smelled very heavy at the beginning, and there was a problem with individual items. After that, the room was changed. The score was changed at the back. Because there was subway construction outside, the noise was still relatively large. The view outside the window was Sunac Cultural Tourism City. The overall price/performance ratio is OK.

The boss was very friendly and offered to store our luggage for us. The room was quite big and the bed was comfortable. Six buildings are very convenient to the hot snow miracle snow world, and the road is just outside. There are also many different restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient.
Now there is a large project on the road outside, so it is inevitable that there is a bit of noise, but probably all the rooms facing Sunac Mao also have this problem... Fortunately, our room is relatively high, I guess it is a little better than the lower-level unit.

I recently stayed one night at the Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel in Guangzhou and had a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is not bad. There is a parking space at the door, and the guy at the front desk is also very easy to talk to. Because I had to catch a bus in the morning, I went down early to have breakfast. The auntie was also very nice. But there is one problem that this hotel smells a little bit strong. We stayed in hotel for a flight from Guangzhou and found it close to airport. About 20 mins by car. Room is very quiet and breakfast is good, especially coffee. It’s a long ride to town (130-200 RMB) though, and staff didn’t tell us there’s a shuttle to airport where we could take an underground train to the city. Would have helped. :)

This was a quick nice stay. We arrived just a while after midnight and they still sent for a pick up at the airport. The room was okay for a rest before we leave for the city in the morning. There’s nothing much around but can take taxi to the metro station. The bathroom stinks a little.

GGuest UserHampton Inn Guangzhou Baiyun is a brand new hotel with complete facilities. The breakfast is also very rich. From the moment we picked up the hotel, the hotel provided services beyond expectations. We have six suitcases. After checking in, our luggage was delivered to the room almost at the same time. The robot service can take it away. Takeaways, etc. were delivered directly to the room. On the day of check-out, we made a reservation for pick-up in advance. In the morning, we informed the front desk that we were ready to leave. The service staff came up quickly to help us carry our luggage down. When we came down, all the luggage had been loaded into the car. The door was opened while we were waiting. I was surprised by this service. I have stayed for more than 1,000 yuan a night and have never enjoyed such service. Special thanks to the front desk staff for providing a lot of help and the pick-up and drop-off chef! Next time I am transiting through Baiyun, I will still choose Hampton!

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

AAscotThe hotel is spotlessly clean, inside the room especially. Super quiet, did not hear a soul from outside the room. Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. It is within a reasonable distance from Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very Good
SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
