I think it’s my 4th or 5th time staying at this hotel… covenient location and reasonable price also..

I recently stayed at the Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport for a stopover during my trip to Kuala Lumpur. The location of the hotel is excellent for those in transit, with its proximity to the airport, making it highly convenient. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. Clearer signage to the hotel would be helpful, as finding the entrance was somewhat confusing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was below expectations, with intermittent issues that made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but with some attention to these areas, it could offer a more seamless experience for guests.

hotel is just a walk away from the airport, which is very convenient! we had a great stay and also ordered room service. food was served hot, but taste wise was pretty average. nevertheless, will highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for one near the airport to catch your morning flights 👍

Best American Breakfast I could hope for,not many hotels cater for foreigners.I was so pleased!

The hotel has good location with shuttle bus service. Room is clean and service is good. Check in and check out services are efficient. I certainly have n o complaint on my stay hahaha

The location is suitable for early and late flights transit. The hotel needs improvement in providing amenities like comb, bath cap and razor. Very good service in shuttle service.

Second time here. We had an early flight out. First airport bus from hotel leaves at 4:55am. It's rather quick and convenient to get to both terminals. The only annoyance is the sink is so incredibly close to the bed that it's uncomfortable brushing your teeth. As well as how see-through the bathroom and shower area are. I'll never understand how this design pleases anyone. Privacy is unheard of

Room was clean, service was excellent, it's literally across Terminal 1 and free shuttle is provided across Terminal 1 and 2 in regular intervals. Please note that this hotel is great for people wanting to be close to the airport but it's quite far for other places (take nearly an hour to get to main attractions like Beijing Pedestrian Street) - we were there for an overnight transit and had an early flight so it was a great choice for us!

We stayed at the hotel for a night to catch an early flight the next morning. Free bus transfer to terminals were on time and swift.

This hotel has a cleaning environment and good breakfast. And have channel to terminal one of airport

Room was spacious and very clean. We got a free upgrade to Exclusive! The robot room service was very convenient too.

Great location and clean room. Very closed to airport with free shuttle service to/from T2.
