The hotel housekeeper called 72 hours in advance to communicate my sleep preferences and inform me of the weather in Guangzhou these days. The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the hospital and a 3-minute walk away. The front desk staff provided very good service, warm and thoughtful. Seeing that there were children staying, they also gave me snacks and upgraded the room. The children liked it very much. The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was beautiful, the facilities were complete, the decoration was fashionable, and there were children's toothbrushes and children's slippers. The designer's carefully planned beauty was reflected everywhere. Being in such an environment, fatigue was swept away. The breakfast on the eleventh floor was rich and delicious, with a buffet mode for us to choose. Every dish was carefully made, the ingredients were exquisite, and the ingredients were fresh. The next day, because I exceeded the check-out time at the hospital, the front desk was very considerate to delay the check-out. I absolutely love such warm service. I have to bring my child to check again later, and I will definitely choose Kaixuanlong Hotel!
