Smoking Room smelly

This bad review reminds the business to pay attention to hygiene ⚠️ and service ⚠️. At the beginning, I was arranged to stay in a corner room. The room smelled quite bad, and the toilet had obvious urine stains and was not cleaned. I asked the front desk to change the room, but the front desk said there was no room, so I had no choice but to stay. Then the child couldn't flush the toilet after using it, and the toilet was blocked. It was too smelly and I couldn't stay. Thinking that there was no room to change, I used Ctrip to rebook another hotel. Unexpectedly, I opened Ctrip and found that this hotel still had extra rooms to book. I went downstairs to tell the front desk that the toilet was blocked, and Ctrip still had extra rooms, and asked to change the room. At first, the front desk was unwilling to change the room and asked the aunt to unclog the toilet. Unexpectedly, the aunt was off work and couldn't find anyone to unclog the toilet, so she had to change my room. I changed to a room on the 4th floor, which was better than the 5th floor, but there was also urine stains on the toilet, the shower was blocked, and there was hair on the towel. Fortunately, I never use hotel towels, I only use them to wipe my feet, so I barely stayed. Never come again! Please take a good look at this bad review, hotel owner, and make some corrections, especially the service attitude of the front desk.
