We had great time in LN garden. The place is very peaceful. Swimming pool was amazing. Manager Johnnie was really helpful. Would definitely come back again.

Great with kids

I stayed at LN Garden over Christmas with my family, the hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are all friendly and polite. The grounds and the hotel facilities are exactly what you would expect from a five star hotel. We have buffet breakfast and buffet dinner for the duration of our stay and each night was a different selection of quality, tasty food available. The restaurant staff were helpful and the service was excellent. The dessert selection was excellent. They had lots of seafood, sushi choices and the meat dishes were delicious and surprisingly good quality. The location of the hotel is tranquil and idyllic. We will keep going back to this hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy and rejuvenate away from the hustle and bustle of the city it’s worth visiting LN Garden. The facilities are absolutely fantastic for families, especially the heated pool and the kids indoor play area. We got the chance to explore the surrounding area and hotel even provided us with tickets to visit the bird sanctuary. This was one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you to all the staff who made our trip a wonderful experience. We look forward to seeing you again.

I love this hotel and the location. The hotel staff is very helpful, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile for their visitors. Johnnie was especially helpful for me and my son. He made the entire‘s day very easy, comfortable and convenient. The location is beautiful and very close to a lovely park. The breakfast is delicious and has both Chinese and western options. There are many activities for kids to do and also many amenities for adults, like afternoon tea and complementary cocktail. Only thing I would change about this hotel is their air-conditioning policy. The night I was there I felt a little bit hot and wanted to turn the air conditioning a bit stronger. I was told by their customer service that I could not do that because then other guests would be uncomfortable. I think they have different air conditioners for each room, so I’m not sure if her explanation was true. Either way that was kind of disappointing. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back! 

Dinner at the hotel was below standard…

Although the sea view is not as beautiful as Nansha Hotel, I am quite satisfied with other aspects. The children's playground and swimming pool are both good, and there is a small train. The service is also perfect. A welcome fruit plate with a variety of varieties is given, and moon cakes are given after check-out. The breakfast restaurant is a little small, the seaside is being renovated, and the light in the toilet is bright when the whole room is turned on, because the toilet is actually not separated, and getting up at night affects the family...

The service is very good, the room is clean and new. I went on vacation, and the front desk lady was very friendly. The hotel has an indoor children's playground, swimming pool, and children's cinema. It's a pity that the park next to the hotel is not open.

Traveling with kids in the off-season, I stayed in a very comfortable hotel. The swimming pool and parent-child park are very good. The children played so hard that they didn't want to go home. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady had a very good service attitude. Thank you for your hard work. The hotel also gave away fruits. It turns out that the products of the big brand Lingnan are different. The coastal park next to the hotel is also going to open. I will definitely come again next time...

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for driving or taking the subway. The surrounding environment is very good, a veritable garden hotel with good air. The package I purchased was very good, especially in the barbecue bar, where there were resident singers. My daughter could communicate in English smoothly and sang her favorite songs with me. I was very happy.

Everything is good, facilities are good, kids had fun, but check-in was too slow, the room took a long time to clean, but it was still very clean. I was most satisfied with getting the suite I wanted. But the waiters were not familiar with the business, and they said there was no door in the room when I asked on the phone and at the front desk, but there was a sliding door. It was a bit funny.
