Front desk Carol is very helpful. Fast check in. Houskeeping is doing good job, room is spacios and clean, water pressure good. Overall is very good.服务员徐桂清is kind enuf to provide four bottles drink during second day after knowing we bringing 2 kids. Thank you.

Stayed with my wife and 9 month old daughter for x 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent- server brought us hot drinks straight away each morning and there was a huge selection of food. We also had an evening meal on the 2nd floor restaurant and the food was very good quality. Room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Well equipped gym with Technogym cardio and good range of free weights. Only downside was the hotel doors making loud noise when closing. Friendly, helpful staff- would stay again.

The room service was twice delayed for no reason, and the second time they used a broken wooden tray to deliver my salmon dish... The hotel is famous and usually known to be very good, and I assume they usually are. But I seemed to have caught them on a bad weekend. The front of house staff were great though, and very helpful.

It was a great hotel. Clean and spacious. However the lights a bit Dim. A bit of romantic feel. Overall location was great. Near to shopping area. Familymart downstairs. Staff can speak English and nearby have nice restaurants

the place is kept impeccable, but it is evident the time of service, old carpets, furniture with notorious use, old TV and a lobby that does not end up representing the brand, compared to the same hotel in other cities. I will definitely not return to this hotel in the future, there are better options in the same area with similar prices.

The location is fabulous that it is walking distance from the rail station. And the hotel room is very big and comfortable. I like the hotel very much and i will definitely revisit.

The staffs are super friendly. Unfortunately the facilities of the hotel are too old. The environment around the hotel is too messy.
