這次來廣州會客順便帶父母出來旅行，入住的二居室套房，房間很寬敞，視野也很寬敞，房間設施齊全，而且主衞還配有一般酒店很少配備的蒸氣浴桑拿。
劃重點：酒店地點服務水平很高，比我這五六年住過的其它五星級酒店都要好，而且我母親生日期間還送來了手寫賀卡和賀酒。
劃重點2: 酒店的地段不要太好，去哪裡都很近，附近就有四個特大商超，距離廣州塔也不遠，周圍小吃很多，根本逛不夠吃不夠～

酒店位於天河區中心地帶，離天佳廣場非常近，5分鐘路程就到。房間佈置得很好看，設施很實用，配套齊全，甚至超出預期，有電烤箱，蒸汽浴，洗烘一體機等等。唯一美中不足的可能就是沒有usb接口，需要自己帶插頭。

Fantastic value for 5-star luxury! The Oakwood exceeded our expectations. Good location near the Parc Central mall (and many others). Staff were helpful when we found our room too warm (no aircon in the winter and our room was on the southside getting full sun). Did everything they could to solve the problem. We ended up extending our stay to 3 nights. We did not try the breakfast.
