I have notified the front office department of your response to investigate the incident: It did rain heavily yesterday, and the property security We are not the security guards of our hotel. We just rent their property. Our hotel immediately negotiated with the property owner about the issues you reported. Because it was raining heavily, there were too many people borrowing umbrellas. All of them were borrowed. We are sorry that we did not serve you. We are on duty. The staff immediately reported it to the hotel manager, who has immediately purchased umbrellas to serve every guest. When you checked in, you did not register according to the accommodation industry registration regulations issued by the Ministry of Public Security. You are only willing to register one person. In fact, there are 2 people staying in your room. The front desk staff just strictly performed their duties and checked in as required. They explained a few words to you and reported it to the police station within the jurisdiction as required. Your order is without breakfast. It is your first time here.
