Not a bad place to stay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying for a longer duration than 2 days. The A/C wasn’t working that well.

Definitely not worth the money. The TV is not connected to the WiFi, we stayed there for 5 days. The Wi-Fi stopped working after the first two days. The weather got cold, but the AC in the room wouldn't adjust to the temperature as we were told, it was releasing cold air. The staff members are very professional and tried to make the most out of the little they could do. The gym and game rooms they talk about are not available. On top of all of that, breakfast is not included. I've stayed at chotels with better amenities for half the price.

The air conditioner in the room was always cold, no matter how I adjusted it, it was always 27 degrees. The bedside was very big and smelled musty. The hygiene was very poor.

The location is great, just downstairs for eating and shopping. There are many elevators, and they are fast and stable, which is very good! It is old, but it is still very quiet and clean. You can watch the sunrise from the large French windows~

The front desk service is poor, not good at all. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable, and the environment is average. I don't recommend you to go there, or go to the newer Hilton. I recommend you, this one is too bad.

I always stay in this hotel every time I go to Zengcheng. The room is spacious and the park view outside the window is beautiful. The cleaning is done very early and the breakfast is very rich. They also collect a lot of express delivery for me every time. Thank you very much🙏

When checking in, the receptionist said four sentences in total (Happy New Year, OK, please sign here, the room is in Room XXX) What does my package include, how to use it, what facilities does the hotel have, whether I drove here, whether the parking fee is free or not, all of which were not explained or told to me. I paid the parking fee on the first day myself, but it was only on the second day when I went to the chess and card room to consume that the waiter inside took the initiative to register my license plate and then exempted it. 2. There is no heating in the room, and I was not told when I checked in. As soon as I entered the room, I adjusted the mode and the temperature became colder and colder. I called to ask and found out that there was no heating, no heater or small sun to add. The waiter did not ask if I needed an extra bed or quilt. It was almost 12 o'clock in the evening. It was so cold that I couldn't sleep, so I called to add a bed and quilt. The waiter asked me if I turned on the air conditioner. It wouldn't be cold if I turned it off. I said I had turned it off a long time ago. Please add a quilt. The waiter said that if it was turned off, it would not be cold when I fell asleep later. After I asked again, he brought the quilt. I was shocked when I opened the door. What I was given was a quilt core without a quilt cover. I asked the waiter if the extra quilt didn't have a quilt cover? The waiter said yes and continued to scold me. I said that I was not cold when I slept. No one said it was cold today. I didn’t dare to cover my body with the extra quilt all night. I only dared to cover my lower body because the quilt looked dirty. 3. I stayed for two days. During the whole feedback process, I clearly stated that I didn’t need your compensation or anything. I just reported my problem to you. I also asked if there was a position for lobby manager. The waiter replied that there was. But before I checked out, no one took the initiative to contact me to solve the problem or appease the guests. It was only the next morning when I went to reissue the room card that I was asked if I wanted to change rooms. We were two girls and had a lot of things. I didn’t want to toss and turn. Besides, the whole hotel had no heating. It didn’t make much difference to change, so I didn’t change. 4. When I checked in, I asked for a room with a better view. As a result, the room was on the seventh floor and was completely blocked by the sign of Guangbai Department Store. If there was no room with a good view, you should have told me when checking in. Also, the next day when the sister was doing the cleaning for the extension, she told me to explain to you why the extra bed didn’t have a quilt cover because the size of the quilt we added didn’t have a suitable quilt cover, so there was no quilt cover. First of all, the hotel was not fully booked that day. Don't you have a quilt available for me? Secondly, without a quilt cover, do you allow a quilt that looks a bit black to be served to guests? I really don't understand. The date I booked is only less than 100 yuan less than Wanda Realm. Because most of the itinerary for these two days is in Donghuicheng Business District, I decided to stay here for convenience. It is really a decision that I regret the most. The breakfast is also average. The restaurant waiter is more leisurely than the guests baking bread and eating breakfast. I was speechless during the whole stay. The only person who thought the service was good was the lady in the chess and card room. Whether I entertain friends or stay by myself in the future, I will never go to this hotel again. The waiter said it won't be cold. In fact, we both caught a cold after staying for two days. The sound insulation of the room is also poor. The TV sound in the next room can be clearly heard. In addition, there is a speaker in the room, and there will be background music. The sound is not small. It is amazing.

I am very satisfied with the service of the front desk lady and the security uncle. Their attitude is very good. I will continue to patronize them next time I come to Zengcheng😊.
