The only hotel in all others I booked in the past 50 days that provided double the quantity of distilled water. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

I had a very bad hotel experience. The door broke at 0 o'clock and they kept calling the police. I couldn't sleep and they couldn't deal with it, so they asked me to change rooms and kept struggling until 1 o'clock in the morning. I'm really speechless. The house I changed is different from the one I booked. The cabinet is gone, the table is short, and there is no room to put anything. Spend money to downgrade configuration. What a rubbish experience.

I feel that the facilities are quite old. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. It is also close to Shiqiao Subway Station. You can get here directly by taking Line 3 from Baiyun Airport. I just don’t know why I can’t open the door even after changing the room card twice. The layout of the room is a bit strange.

This Hanting is the worst I have ever stayed in, other places are just fine. The shower was broken, water sprayed everywhere, the toilet smelled bad, and the breakfast didn't have much variety. The price is not worth that much

I went to this place on a business trip today. I thought that as a hotel chain, Hanting Hotel should have pretty good facilities, and it was opened in 2018, so it shouldn't be too bad. But when I arrived, I was disappointed. The hotel gives people the impression that it was renovated to join the Hanting chain, and some accessories and facilities are not up to standard at all. Moreover, there are only two washing machines in the entire hotel with three floors, and one of the washing machines is broken. The washing machine is in a mess and has not been repaired at all.

The room is quite clean

Before checking out at ten o'clock in the morning, the staff just pushed the door open and walked in. The guests had no privacy at all, and they really did not respect the rights of the guests.

I love cleanliness and live in Hanting. This slogan is really justified. The room is really clean, especially the corner location, and the hygiene is well done. And the little brother of the front desk attendant has a very good service attitude, considers the guests, and likes it 👍. It was a good stay experience. Good word of mouth is not propaganda, but real experience. I think it should be selected again, it is worthy of salary selection.

房間面積較為緊湊，乾淨整潔，衞生間為乾濕分離形式。作為便捷式連鎖酒店，七樓有早餐服務。服務人員態度得體。酒店用電梯內沒有空調，比較悶熱。

房間隔音不好

房間乾淨利落，附近好玩，離地鐵口也很近，性價比高

再次入住！依舊滿意！ 設施：每個房間都是獨立空調，可以自行調節合適模式以及温度。有洗衣房，晾衣區，出差遊玩都合適，不用説帶很多衣服。 衞生：阿姨打掃蠻仔細的，邊邊角角都沒有什麼遺漏！眼見之處都沒有灰塵！ 環境：整體性也蠻可以的，給人乾淨整潔的體驗。沒有過度的裝飾，簡潔大方。 服務：每個工作人員都蠻熱情的！見到都會熱情打招呼。
