The only hotel in all others I booked in the past 50 days that provided double the quantity of distilled water. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

I had a very bad hotel experience. The door broke at 0 o'clock and they kept calling the police. I couldn't sleep and they couldn't deal with it, so they asked me to change rooms and kept struggling until 1 o'clock in the morning. I'm really speechless. The house I changed is different from the one I booked. The cabinet is gone, the table is short, and there is no room to put anything. Spend money to downgrade configuration. I feel that the facilities are quite old. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. It is also close to Shiqiao Subway Station. You can get here directly by taking Line 3 from Baiyun Airport. This Hanting is the worst I have ever stayed in, other places are just fine. The shower was broken, water sprayed everywhere, the toilet smelled bad, and the breakfast didn't have much variety. The price is not worth that much

I went to this place on a business trip today. I thought that as a hotel chain, Hanting Hotel should have pretty good facilities, and it was opened in 2018, so it shouldn't be too bad. But when I arrived, I was disappointed. The hotel gives people the impression that it was renovated to join the Hanting chain, and some accessories and facilities are not up to standard at all. Moreover, there are only two washing machines in the entire hotel with three floors, and one of the washing machines is broken. The washing machine is in a mess and has not been repaired at all.

I love cleanliness and live in Hanting. This slogan is really justified. The room is really clean, especially the corner location, and the hygiene is well done.
