2. I came to Guangzhou alone and booked this hotel online. The decoration style here is film and television style, which I like very much. The hotel room is also very clean and looks very comfortable. The wifi in the room is also very smooth, the projection screen is also very clear, and the mattress and pillows are soft and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good. It's my first time to visit Guangzhou. I feel that I chose a very satisfactory hotel. The location is very convenient. You can see the Guangzhou Tower in the hotel corridor. Take the subway for one stop to the Guangzhou Tower. Just a few steps away is the subway entrance and the shopping mall. There are drug stores, convenience stores and breakfast shops at the door. There are tea restaurants on the second and third floors. The taste is also good. The front desk lady is very sweet and shared travel tips with me. When I went there, I saw that I was upgraded to a family room for free if I brought children. Generally, hotels charge extra during holidays. I stayed here during the Qingming Festival. Not only did I not pay extra, but I was also given a free room upgrade. I was very impressed. The room was also very clean and tidy. There was a lot of space. Next time I come to Guangzhou to play, I will choose this hotel as my first choice.

This hotel location is excellent! Very near the Kecun metro stop. A lot of restorants and shopping, Walmart, McDonald's, and more local restaurants,, niborhood is busy all day long especially at night. The hotel is a bit rundown, it ok for a few nights stay. A few metro stops o the Canton Fair grounds.

The most satisfying part of staying in Life Hotel is the view of Canton Tower. We were there for the New Year so it's a memorable view looking at the Canton Tower from our own room. There are cafe, restaurants and convenient store around that make it convenient to get food and necessity. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest Kecun Metro Station so it's convenient. And there's a huge shopping mall opposite to Kecun Metro Station too. The room is spacious with long table. The bathroom is a bit old and the shower is small. We were shocked by the staircase going up to the room from the reception but the staff helped to handle the luggages.

We stayed for 22 days and it was pleasant. they had a shuttle for the Canton Fair and the day we had some troubles with the toilet, they changed us the room.
We didn't had the breakfast, as it was very chinese and we expected it to be a little bit more continental, but it's okay. The hotel is comfortable, it is pretty near to the Canton Tower and to the fair. We had some commerce near and it was easy to walk around.

Stayed for one night temporarily, economical and affordable. The customer service lady was very good and helped us upgrade to a window room. Because of the high-speed train in the afternoon, the lady took the initiative to delay our check-out to 2 o'clock. What was surprising was that there was a clothesline in the bathroom. It was the first hotel with such a thoughtful facility.

The AC system in my room was so weak, I even woke up at night because I was sweat. Bad smell of smoke in the room, now my clothes smell too. In the morning at 9:00 I wanted to drink coffee, but there was no barista! at 9:00am! Thanks for guys from reception, they helped me a lot

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.

Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. A special thank you to Pyotr, Kimy and Aimee for your kindness, professionalism and a human side!

The customer service when checking in was extremely lacking. The guy at the counter was not friendly or helpful.
The entrance smelled of cigarettes.
Someone came ro knock on my door early in the morning.

The room was clean.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. It is within a reasonable distance from Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
