I visited many homes, and the room area of ​​his home + 1.35-meter single bed + sofa + laundry room is what I value the most. Being able to do laundry when traveling with a baby, and having clean clothes to wear the next day feels like being at home. Besides, the weather is as humid as Guangzhou. For someone from the dry region of the Northwest, it would be a shame not to have a dryer after washing the clothes. 3. Room facilities can be controlled by intelligent voice. It's clean and has a small terrace. Relatively quiet. There are three elevators so you don't have to wait long. 4. The front desk service is good. Here are some suggestions, I hope it will get better and better: 1. Even if the door of the shower room is closed and the cleaning staff removes the floor drain, the water will still flow into the bathroom after taking a bath, causing inconvenience to washing and going to the toilet, right? The door is not sealed properly? Recommended to check out. 2. It is recommended that you create a small laundry program like some hotels with laundry rooms in Huazhu to remind guests of the laundry time. Or, mark it in an obvious place, ”It is recommended that you time your own time after washing or drying clothes to avoid forgetting and occupying the machine for a long time.” (I want to help the person in front take it out, but the laundry basket is always occupied, and there is no way to take it out. Where to put it) In addition, it should also be marked ”For the convenience of you and others, please clean the lint filter after each use of the dryer.” Or see if you can ask the cleaning lady to clean it every day. After all, some guests may not be able to clean it at home. Use this machine. I don’t know how to clean the filter. When I opened the wool filter, I was shocked. The room is not big, but I really like the bedding of this hotel, very comfortable. The sisters at the reception are very nice and polite. Check out at 2 o'clock, our train didn't arrive on time, so the luggage was kept for us, and we continued to visit Shamian and the riverside for an afternoon, it was awesome👍

Lavande was a pretty good hotel to stay at! Some minor complaints I have is that sometimes the towels had holes, and the carpet wasn't that clean.

You need to conquer a flight of stairs to the lobby. Normally not a problem, but challenging with multiple luggages. They do have a slope by the side but so steep that I find useless and no one from the hotel helps. The hotel also doesn't have non-smoking floors, in fact even the lifts stank of cigarette smoke. The first room they gave me had a strong cigarette smell and the front desk staff kindly arranged for me to see 2 other rooms and I had a room change to another room that was slightly better.  The room is very small, even for one. Imagine it to be cramped for two pax. There isn't even space for proper luggage placement. There was no wardrobe and no place to hang even if you brought your own hangers. The bathroom is tiny, with most of the space allocated to the standing shower area. The handle of the shower sliding door was wrapped in duct tape and it couldn't even close properly. Full basic amenities are provided though I didn't use them so can't comment on the quality. Bed is firm and higher than usual but acceptable. Location wise there are alot of food options nearby. Yongqing Fang is about 20 mins walk away in a straight distance.  Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

The location is excellent. It is very conveniently close to the Huangsha subway station. There are large shopping malls nearby with everything for food, clothing, and just walking distance from Yongqingfang. It's just that the decoration of the hotel is a bit old. The superior twin room only has one electric plug, which is not enough. The service is okay, recommended to stay.

It's hygienic and clean. The location is excellent. The guy at the front desk is very friendly. The subway station is very close and the Chen Family Ancestral Scenic Area is nearby. Food and beverages are also very convenient. Takeaway is also very convenient when you’re tired, and there’s cute robot service. Small voice control management of the whole house, a very good experience!

The elevator is indeed narrow and the environment cannot be said to be particularly good. But I think the review should be viewed comprehensively. Comparing the location, environment and service of hotels of the same price, I think it is not bad, and the family stayed there. Very satisfied, recommended!

Near to all eateries. 5 min walk from Changshoulu metro station. Room was clean, sound proof wasn't good. Overall, with such rate is worth for me to return to stay.

Good location. But air con is not so well functioning (room 26) although outside weather is 16-17 degrees. Water leaking from the air con vent for the 2 days. More suitable for young couple rather than family
