A good hotel with good facilities at a decent price. I didn't get to use the gym this time, but it looked like it had enough equipment to get a good decent workout in. There isn't much right next to the hotel, but a short 5 - 10 minute walk and you'll find places to eat and supermarkets.

位置很方便，很好找。周邊很多就是大學城的餐廳，吃飯選擇很豐富也很方便。來聽演唱會的，去體育中心也很方便。房間很有特色，衞生打掃得很乾凈，我帶着電腦需要加班，剛好有位置可以辦公。跟老闆借微波爐加熱打包回來的食物，老闆帶過去他的另外一間店，距離不到2分鐘路程，過去也很方便。老闆人也很好👍

This is my first time visiting Guangzhou. I came to University Town to stay in a hotel. It is close to Zhuangyuan Restaurant. There are many delicious foods around. The location and price of this hotel are really good. It is close to Sun Yat-sen University. Turn left from the hotel and you will find Xintiandi. The environment is also very clean. The main reason is that the proprietress in the store is very nice. She treats people with courtesy and solves problems. I really recommend you to live in their house in University City. The price is very affordable
