A little confused on the the shuttle from airport as was waiting for 2 hrs without seeing any hotel bus ....

It's a very good deal considering the transfer service from terminal 2 every hour to the hotel in just 20 minutes you will be there for free. The servir run 24/7 so my fly arrive 1:30 am and at 2:30 i was in a good clean room nearby airport. So I do recommend, a big yes for one nigh or bussines connection at the airport.

Nice place to stay I recommend it for other travellers

Terrible service. Unfriendly employee. Dirty room. Service area with terrible smell. Rotten, dirty bathroom. Only breakfast was good.

What I liked most about the hotel was the location, it only took us 10 minutes to get to the airport (at 3 am), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think that the facilities are a little neglected, the bathroom door in the room where I stayed (15th floor) was poorly fitted and did not close, there was no shampoo to bathe in (the bottle was empty), the elevator was looking Old (it had a crack in the glass on the top) I think that for the price per night they could remodel the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and I was a little disappointed, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I stayed.

It was indeed a very convenient hotel, so I still chose to stay there.

The room was OK. It was convenient for transfer. But there was no water supply, you had to buy it. It was 10 yuan or 10 yuan for a small bottle! It was quite dark.

Terrible, I made the reservation with you, because there was laundry, but at the time there wasn't, I waited more than 3 hours in line to be served and check in. Ultimately, your service is terrible, too!

Well located hotel, good breakfast with paid parking. No luxury but meets the need well.

The deposit of 499.82 reais was collected the day before when I checked in. I paid with a credit card. The money has been deducted. It has been almost 24 hours since I checked out, but it has not been refunded to my credit card.

They served you very badly, ill-willed and poorly trained, they didn't find our reservation but I think that was a communication problem with them grandma. The trip. Con and simply after I had paid everything I paid we had to go to another hotel and then it was a struggle to get my refund

Overall it's OK

Every time I stay in São Paulo. It's a typical Ibis room, but I'm satisfied.
