Took a while to enter the room due to security and communication with the staff. All communication was via WhatsApp. Rooms and beds are small for the price in South America.

A reserva no booking prometia uma internet de qualidade mas ao chegar na hospedagem o Wi-Fi nunca funcionou. Precisávamos de internet p trabalho e estudos inadiáveis, aguardamos por horas mas não houve solução. Pode haver muito barulho na região a depender do dia q vc se hospede. Aconselho a não fazer reserva ou pagamento antecipado desta hospedagem sem antes verificar se as coisas q precisa estão funcionando por lá.

Me encantó la calidez del hotel, deliciosos desayunos, y la comodidad de la habitación me hizo sentir como en casa. Este tipo de ambiente no lo he encontrado en otros lugares. 10/10 tomando en cuenta su calidad y sus precios. Sin duda alguna espero volver nuevamente!

Estive neste estabelecimento em novembro de 2022 e foi uma péssima experiência. Não é hotel e nem hostel. É um apartamento improvisado, o ar condicionado do quarto era antigo, o filtro não estava limpo, o chuveiro ficava fora do banheiro, dentro do quarto (!), sem divisória ou porta. Nunca vi isso antes! Não acredite nas fotos que encontra em sites especializados como boooking e hostelworld. A internet não funcionava. Guayquil enfrenta problemas de segurança e havia pessoas usando drogas nas dependências, nos sentimos inseguro. Optamos por mudar de hospedagem no mesmo dia.

No estaba acostumbrado a dormir en alojamientos con auto checkin y comunicación sin contacto. Me impresionó la claridad y frecuencia en los mensajes, el cobro en línea (reservé directo en su web), la amabilidad de la persona que atiende el desayuno y quienes atienden las comunicaciones y su particular sistema de vending. El diseño y ubicación son inmejorables. Como soy fanático de los edificios antiguos, y de los centros históricos, ese lugar con varias décadas de construido me llamó mucho la atención. Al ser en el centro, también hay ruido, así que para personas sensibles dejan tapones para oídos en la habitación. Aunque el diseño me encantó, pueden mejorar más en detalles que harían que este lugar fuera perfecto. De mi parte recomendado sin lugar a dudas en el centro de Guayaquil, frente a El Malecón, cerca a todo y seguro.

Pepes es un buen lugar frente al malecón lo cual funcionó muy bien para distraernos y estar cerca de casa. Gracias. Alas recomendaciones del staff pudimos llegar a la plaza de las iguanas y tomar un city tour, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y felices.

Pésimo servicio, cancelaron mi reserva 12 horas antes. Haciendo que busque otra reserva horas antes de mi viaje a Guayaquil. Mintieron en booking que no aceparon mi tarjeta, cuando tengo los mensajes de whatsappa que me cancelan mi reserva y que si quiero otra habitación debo pagar más. Pésimo servicio ademas de pasar un muy mal momento.

Don't be fooled by the price... looks tempting, but the place is absolutely disgusting. No staff, and the place is extremely uncapped, smells, and there are bugs. How to cook another hotel didn't even get my money back.
