I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered several issues that affected my experience. Firstly, essential amenities like handwash were missing from the room. Cleanliness was a major concern, with the toilet and washbasin not properly cleaned upon check-in, only addressed after i requested it. Hot water availability was limited to early mornings and one hour in the evening, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of an elevator, provision of only one water bottle per day, and subpar restaurant tea were notable drawbacks. I hope the management will address these issues to improve the guest experience in the future.

I stayed with my family here. The location is good and just about half a kilometre away from the main circle of guhagar. You will get ample parking space. Also a small garden which gives fine ambience for this property. I booked a superior ac room, it was nice big room with ac, queen size bed, tv and attached washroom. Also you will get nice landscape view from the window. You will not get lunch or dinner here as they don't have kitchen. You will get breakfast but after 8. 30am only. Also i want to highlight to the owner that you need to do plumbing maintenance in rooms, as almost every water tap was leaking

It is one of the best hotels at guhagar. Good location. Near the main road, but at some distance : so no traffic disturbanced. Rooms are large & very clean. But they need to: start a restaurant - which was a major inconvenience - no b. Fast, no lunch / dinner - nothing served except tea. And we had to drive about a km to reach the nearest restaurant;

Hotel room cleaning and surrounding is very nice ***** with authentic kokan food. Beach is just a walkable distance. & it's looks like private beach. Hotel service is very nice too ***** with genset back.
