Large, spacious rooms with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Good breakfast and a heated swimming pool. The hotel is refreshed, but there are some imperfections. The downside is the bathroom. The shower tray cannot absorb the water from the shower and the water spills onto the tiles.

Hotel is beautiful, and in a good place. Unfortunately they have loud techno music in pool area, and that was very disturbing. When we asked about it, they said it is their policy. That's why I can not recommend the hotel. Maybe they want to serve only young people. Anyway they did not understand our opinion.

Greeted by curt, impolite member of staff who only said welcome after we had paid. On the plus side our room was clean and spacious, shower pressure good. Hotel is clean. That's the end of the pluses! Negatives: No restaurant - only a cafe style place to eat. If you enjoy a school dinner type of eating and enjoy queing this is right up your street. From the poorly designed areas for toast/pastries/drinks where there is a constant bottle neck of guests to the regularly cold or luke warm 'hot' food. There is a microwave!! Do not book half board...restaurants nearby to enjoy a relaxing dinner where you are treated like a paying guest and not as if you are at a youth hostel. Not enough staff in cafe to warrant the guests catered for. I say catered for, but once the food runs out, that's it...not replenished...why? The bar staff were pleasant and polite. Will try to forget this experience in a hurry.

1. Staff are very good and work very hard. 2. Views are good. 3. Food...Taste good but not many choices, not hot not even warm. At 8pm, only 1 dessert left! Not all dishes have clear label to tell you what they are 4. Please bear in mind, you will need to use a tray to get your food and drink, like a school canteen. When you finish, you need to empty the plates and put the used plates, bowls, utensils and tray into the service station. 5. In general, the hotel is clean. In conclusion....I don't understand why peoples comments are so positive about this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel to relax, chill and stress free, this is not the one. The hotel itself is OK but for food..... Please reconsider....Also there are not many restaurants nearby to choose....

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas and had a great stay at sholeo lodges. we stayed in side sea view room - would highly recommend this room if you wish to have a room on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. Double rooms are on the ground floor. Staff could not have been more helpful. My boyfriend had arranged for my birthday to have flowers and cake delivered to the room which was a lovely touch. Despite reading mixed reviews about the buffet self service at meal times, we actually really enjoyed this concept and food was very tasty. The Christmas dinner was outstanding !! Was like tasting menu, see photos. Alcohol reasonably priced and they even serve Starbucks coffee!! The pool area was never too busy, very easy to get sunloungers and we enjoyed some time sunbathing also up at terrace with pool. Overall, would highly recommend a stay at sholeo lodges. Can’t wait to return!!

L'accueil est correct, la piscine est grande et agréable. Nous avions une très grande chambre (n°215) mais avec une vue sur des murs blanc, pas très sympa. Le sol de la chambre n'était pas très propres et les finitions dans la salle de bain laissent à désirer. Nous y avons dîner une fois et je déconseille, ce n'est vraiment pas bon. Le petit déjeuner est correct sauf si le jour de votre départ vous devez prendre un pique-nique en raison d'un avion tôt, il n'y a pas grand chose et ce n'est pas très bon.

a very modern and extremely clean and well run hotel.the staff must like there jobs as they were so so friendly.can not say a bad word about anything,and well located.we were probably the oldest couple there[the wife 75th birthday there]but never felt out of place and treated really well.thanks.

Wow. What an amazing hotel. So very clean. Staff so very helpful. Food very tasty and of a good quality. Car hire from the hotel really easy. Room was serviced twice in our one week stay. Comfy array of different types of sun loungers. I would so come back here again and again.

Fantastic friendly service, great food, room basic but comfortable. The staff were all superb, right from the check-in process, through the catering and bar, plus the cleaners and housekeeping. Everyone was very helpful and cheerful. The food was great, with sufficient choice for us. It's a "serve yourself" buffet and you are expected to clear away for yourself after eating. This worked fine for us. Some others commented that you have to get your starter, main and pudding all at once. This was not our experience. We went back multiple times as needed. It's very busy at some times, but if you can avoid the peak times it is fine. Our room was very modern, clean and comfortable, but it is quite basically furnished. Great sized bathroom with an excellent shower. Our pool/sea view room had a spacious balcony. The pool area was well maintained with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel was well located for our needs, with easy access to the nearest beach within 5 mins walk. Only hassle was parking our hire car. There are no hotel dedicated parking spaces so it's pot luck where you get to park. If you arrive back late, as we did a couple of times, you might have to drive around a bit and walk 5 mins to the hotel. Overall one of the best weeks holiday we have had.
