這是一次非常好的入住體驗，我們老倆口還沒到貴陽，管家小方就主動聯繫了我，詢問了我們的入住要求，到店後為我們升級了房間送了水果。當知道我們想了解景區的情況，小方管家在微信中給我推薦了五個景區的介紹，方便了我們出遊。小方管家每天都主動詢問我是否需要打掃房間？每天晚上還送來精美的小點心，服務非常到位。酒店衞生很好，房間舒適，早餐好吃。以後來貴陽還會來住的。
