Overall, it is highly recommended to friends who need to travel for business or tourism.

先説優點，酒店位置很好，行政樓層視野絕佳，房間設施齊全，寢具舒適，早餐豐富，餐廳工作人員清理及時。但是，整個酒店的佈局和服務，就不太達得到它的定位。酒店大堂在55層，每次進出房間都要在55層換乘電梯，非常不方便。大堂不在一樓，臨時想到大堂尋求幫助也非常麻煩。而且55層的大堂就有點寒酸和草台班子的感覺，還不如快捷酒店的大堂。酒店的很多設施都老舊了，也不好好維護，服務也跟不上，第一天就發現浴缸的水龍頭漏水，不是滴滴答答的漏，是成流的漏，漏了一地水，反饋了問題説轉天來修，第二天還是那樣，也不知道是客服忘記了通知工程部，還是工程部忘了修，還是根本就沒打算修，衹是敷衍我。馬桶出水是壞的，按壓鈕彈不回來，需要按好幾次才行，不然就一直嘩嘩出水，既浪費又有噪音，但我也不想找前台了，估計説了也沒用。出去吃早餐前按了打掃房間的提示，吃完回來並沒人給打掃，回來一會兒客服服務要來打掃，我問我提示了打掃房間，為什麼等我回房間才來打擾我呢？服務員説她沒看見提示了。這是五星級酒店的服務水平嗎？因為是晚上的航班，預訂酒店時就用積分兑換了延時退房到14：00，也和賓客關係提前説明瞭，但從12：00就各種打電話、敲門問我們什麼時候退房，就是轟我們走唄，這小家子氣的！最後這賓客關係的客服，倒是提前加了微信，但除了登記了車牌、預留了車位，別的作用幾乎沒有，響應極其遲鈍，我發個微信，沒幾小時是不會得到回覆的（我並沒有在夜裡發微信，都是正常人清醒着的時間）。總之，這次貴州行最令我失望的就是這家酒店了，不知道是我運氣不好遇到的都是不盡職的工作人員？還是酒店服務水平就是這樣？還是貴陽城市服務員整體水平就不高？

Because our wedding room happened to be on the executive floor, Xiao Liu happened to be on duty in the executive lounge, so the items we needed could be solved by just walking to Xiao Liu. It was very worry-free and reassuring. I would also like to thank all the staff of Sofitel, the concierge, the front desk, the guest rooms, and the help inside and outside, so I successfully completed the major event of my life here🎉🎉, very happy, very honored, and very happy! 🎈🎈Such a good hotel must be recommended to friends around me.
