服務真的很棒！入住有下午茶 晚上有宵夜！早餐老才牛肉粉香得必須吃兩碗！退房還主動送一盒雞蛋糕讓我們帶在路上吃！出停車場時大叔喊我等一下 我以為什麼事情 大叔拿了兩瓶水讓我帶在路上喝！親人般的關懷！遇到每一位工作人員都十分客氣，我一定會主動推薦給我的家人朋友！

如同其他用户評論的那樣，來到這裡有種賓至如歸回家的感覺。常年外出，住過很多酒店，給人的感覺不是一味迎合，也不是一味端着，就是很舒服很舒服，從前台到打掃衞生的阿姨到餐廳，都讓人很舒服。還有就是飯菜好好吃啊，和我搭檔還説，下次有機會再過去，要特意去吃早餐😄😄😄

這是我今年第二次入住了，三月份同學聚會選擇這裏，這次依然感受到酒店的熱情服務。 設施都很新，衞生乾淨整潔，酒店位置在迎賓大道上，很好找，有地下車庫，有地膠的車庫，很乾凈明亮。
酒店的前台人員 樓層阿姨 門衞大叔，對客人又和善又為人所想，細緻貼心，特別是前台人員英子，入住和退房時對酒店及周邊介紹的清楚細緻，退房時還贈小點心和當季的大米，不是很貴重，但是很暖心。 這裏將是我們在凱裏市的固定酒店了，贊👍

酒店位於市中心，緊鄰市政府，自駕停車位充足，酒店前台服務熱情周到，介紹周邊景點及美食，房間衞生乾淨整潔，雙衞設施，床具乾淨，客房服務員打掃及時，酒店還配送一次性毛巾很用心，酒店早餐品種還算豐富，特別是現煮的牛肉粉湯料足，早餐到12點，還有夜宵很好，特別表揚下餐廳的胖哥經理的服務，熱情主動為我們推薦了周邊旅遊線路，退房時有贈品，總之，入住這家酒店非常滿意，五星好評！
