I've stayed here in 2021 during Hurricane Ida & my experience was great. However, this previous stay was AWFUL!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I never really leave reviews but the rooms had mold EVERYWHERE letting me know that the property is being neglected. The floors must never see a vacuum & are filty. Your feet will be black ! Also the mold must be in the air making the air quality beyond poor bc the mold spores attached to everything and was fuzzy. The temperature was muggy & it smelled Awful. Please, go somewhere else .

Rooms are nice but needed a good cleaning beds are comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast was lacking but for the money I guess it was ok.. A big problem was the lighting to the main entrance off hwy 59 makes it very difficult to see..Dangerous

Went for Hangout Fest. Room was decently clean. Didn’t spend much time in it, just shower, sleep, get ready and roll out in the late morning x3. Breakfast was a solid 6/10. Vending machines were decent. Not a bad deal considering the fest was going on. I’d stay here again.

Swimming pool needs greater care. It is a very small pool for soo many people. It should probably get shocked daily when thier is high use. The drains should be cleaned of debris daily! Regardless the grounds and rooms are vey good in our buikding(#3)

the bathroom ceiling leaked and they could not find us a handicap room so we cancelled our last day and came home. Breakfast was ok, and the pool was nice.
