Had an amazing experience couldn’t ask for better. I came for my birthday and let me tell you BEST BIRTHDAY EVER. All the workers were so polite but the one who stood out the most to me was Ms. Janiah, she is such an kind soul and made my trip 10 times better, anytime I needed something she was right there willing to help. Truly one of the best workers there, I hope to see her again when I return.

The linens were stained and had hair on the pillowcases. We requested new linens and changed them ourselves. They were out of king comforters so we were given two queens. One of them had blood stains on it so we decided to leave. I’ve never had such a bad experience with Marriott.

I've been here several times and love the beachfront property and convenience to some great restaurants. The property itself is definitely showing some age and is definitely needing an update. But the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great, and the service is absolutely fantastic. So although it is needing a refresh, I highly recommend staying here.
