The hotel room is very clean and cozy, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and the hotel staff provide very professional and attentive service. The hotel is in a great location, with a large supermarket just 50 meters away, making shopping very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

The room is very tiny and has no closet. The front desk cannot speak English very well. When I made a request 3 times for them to clean our room, they didn't do it. The breakfast is basic and nothing special. The staff are so lazy that they only use paper plates and everything else plastic because they don't want to have to clean up after guests. The only thing good about this hotel is the location but the hotel itself is a disappointment.

I want to complain about the hotel. 1. No mouthwash cup. 2. No small bottle of water for drinking. 3. Towels are torn. 4. No refrigerator. No landline phone. 5. I left the room in the morning and asked it to be cleaned. When I came back in the evening, it was still not cleaned. Bad review. Apply for a refund.

I have a beginning and an end. I stayed in the same hotel for the first time and the last day in Mexico City. The service in the hotel was really good. My hand was injured and they helped me get a band-aid twice. There is a Soriana next to the hotel. Chinese food, close to the airport, a lot of graffiti walking around, all in all a lot of good memories, thank you
