Very bad experience, the room was so dirty as it was not cleaned for ages. Even they charged 600 extra for early check in for this dirty room. Even they do not have towels & toiletries. When we call several times then they provide only 1 towel. Intercom not working, ac broken. Very bad hotel.

Overall stay at hotel shelter is good, food tastes nice, staff supportive, at the price point it is suggested to stay, the lift was not working properly and also the restroom was not properly maintained need to work by hotel authority.

Ac not working, bed sheet / pillow dirty. Bathroom drainage jam, all over worst experience, staff rude and not responsive to complaints. I would say avoid this hotel shelter better stay in a night shelter.

The rooms are not maintained well. The toilets are horrible. We got the best room i had booked 2 rooms. And the best room had a dirty toilet even on getting the housekeeping to clean was not clean. Might think twice about staying there. Service for anything takes way too long.
