As shared with some office bearers, this dampener has the potential to hit revenue and this is a considered view having heard In summary, this is a team of some contrasts and while that is acceptable to an extent in a new property, it could be counter-productive going forward esp considering the demography of this area. Great Leadership provided by Ms Tanika Taneja as revealed in each of my interactions with her and members of the leadership group. Check in process was quick and smooth, room was clean and hygienic. Suite was very spacious, well furnished and value for money. All staff were polite and courteous. Room service and in room dining were quick to respond to your orders. Food was excellent. Hotel location was in the city centre and also very close to railway station.
