Нету кондиционеров, вообще. Очень душно, за окном жара 27 градусов. Ночью пришлось спать с открытым окном, но на улице комары.
В здании полным ходом идет ремонт, что тоже создаёт свои неудобства. Завтраки очень скудные. Бананы на завтраке лежали уже все черные.
Персонал вежливый, спа отличное, бесплатная вода в номере.
Сюда только ради спа, если просто остановиться на ночь, то лучше рассмотреть другой вариант.

I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. The stand out is the swimming pool, spa and Waterpark. All were of a very high standard and well maintained. The ritual saunas were excellent, with the Sauna. The only small criticism was the breakfast food, but I could always find something. We ate at the Black Rose pub and again the service and the food were good. There was a confusion over the check out day and Kristian and Alina were really helpful in resolving a mistake we made. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Decided to go on a relaxing vacation, and chose this hotel. Definitely did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the room was very cozy, the mattress was very soft, the spa ir so huge and has a bar with reasonable pricees, and the water park was very fun too. Definitely recommend🤩

A very nice Spa Hotel quite close to Tallinn. Excellent Spa and Sauna Services and a 25m swimmin pool. Nice atosphere in the pub.

There's bloodstains on the other side of the mattress.
I am also very disappointed about the breakfast buffet, unfresh cucumber slices and fruits, and very limited choice of food.
Sauna is good.
