The owner was very nice and called in advance to ask us when we would arrive! Prepare your room in advance! Turn on the air conditioner in advance! We lost our transportation card, and with the help of the shop owner, we successfully found a place to get a replacement! I am very grateful to have met many helpful people along the way! more blessing!

Отличное место. Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Прекрасная локация. Рядом полно магазинов, исторических мест и музеев. Сотрудники отеля высокопрофессиональные, отзывчивые и всегда готовые оказать содействие молодые люди. Общение с ними возможно и по делам, и по бытовым вопросам, и просто для души. Открылся ресторан - винный клуб, в котором можно и нужно провести время. С утра там подаются завтраки. Цены демократичные. Качество - замечательное. Настоятельно рекомендую данный отель. Не пожалеете. Сотрудников отеля зовут Дмитрий, Евгений, Николь. Общение на русском, иврите, английском языках.

A hotel for people looking for a homely and family atmosphere. Hotel from 1930, very friendly staff. Was given a choice of room upon check in. The room was clean. The room has towels and shampoo. Hairdryer and iron were given to us at the reception. The hotel sells good coffee for 10 shekels. The location is very good, especially if you decide to travel to the north of Israel from Haifa. Price quality is amazing for Israel. The hotel does not have an elevator but it was not a problem for us. We chose a room in the historic part of the hotel to soak up the atmosphere of antiquity.

The hotel was centrally located and a great location for the cruise port. We arrived a little early and the staff was very accommodating with getting us a room with an extra bed. When we go back we will definitely be staying there again. Had an espresso maker in the lobby which was a plus!
