hotel is good ..staff very helpful but rooms have little smell if you open curtains it will gone .. Staff is best ..decent nice and helpful so i prefer

we were here at the presidental suite but the rooms was very dated. The location is actually quite far from the center.

Location near to railway station. Curtains were too thin and light could still enter the room

Don't book this hotel just for the proximity, it's really bad Environment: very average, not up to the 5-diamond standard, don't know how it was rated Service: very rubbish, ordered takeout but was not allowed to go upstairs, the waiter used the excuse of being too busy to deliver it, and then knocked on the door and said it could be delivered (I had already gone downstairs to bring it up).
