"I specifically chose this hotel for an early morning flight on my second day, as it's within walking distance to Terminal 1. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the second floor, which was quite convenient. The express checkout was great; I just dropped off my room key and could head directly to the terminal via the skybridge, saving me a trip to the front desk. The room was spacious and clean. For those interested, you can also explore the outlet mall nearby. The soundproofing, however, was not great. Some guests checked in late at night and were very loud, which was quite rude."

"The room was very clean and quite new, equipped with a smart voice assistant. It's about 400-500 meters from Ling Mountain Town, making shopping convenient. There's a Shaxian snack bar near the hotel with good food. The Greenland Colorful City bus stop is approximately 700 meters away. They offer a free shuttle service, and it's a quick 5-10 minute drive from the hotel to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. There's also Mamundui Park about 3.5 kilometers away, which has beautiful scenery in the morning!"

"The front desk lady was friendly, attentive, and responsible—excellent! The room was great, well-equipped, and everything was new. The bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I was very satisfied. You can park near the entrance, and just scan a QR code at the front desk when you leave. It's close to the Meilan Airport High-Speed Rail Station, and they offer free shuttle service, which only takes a few minutes. It's incredibly convenient and a highly recommended hotel. This trip was totally worth it!"

I just followed the driver's instructions and waited at Gate 5 for a few minutes, and they picked me right up. The next day, they dropped me off at the airport ahead of schedule. The hotel offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for both Meilan Airport and the high-speed train station 🚗. As soon as I entered the room, I was impressed by the design; the view was fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable 🌿. The breakfast was also super rich and perfectly balanced 🍲. The service was attentive, and the attention to detail was impeccable 👍. Next time I come to Haikou, I'll definitely stay here again! ✨✨"

"Service was very good. They tried to communicate with us as best as they could. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was great, the perfect way to start the day. They have a shuttle running every hour that will take you to the airport - but do book in advance to avoid not having space at the time required. We also landed pretty late and when we called the hotel, they kindly sent a car to pick us up."

"Nice hotel very convenient for one night and comfortable for 1 night stay. Change money before you come to the hotel as no atm nearby and visa and mastercard not accepted. If in transit you can claim 40 rmb per person back at the airport for spending on food before your flight. Come early and bring your boarding passes!"

"## Facilities The facilities are quite complete and well-equipped, and the decor is very cozy. The space is also large, with a small courtyard that has a rustic charm. ## Hygiene There was a strong musty smell in the room. Being on the first floor, it felt very damp. However, the owner seemed to have tried their best with the cleaning; the musty smell and dampness were hard to avoid. ## Environment The soundproofing in the room was exceptionally poor. Since it's a duplex, the bed was quite close to the room above. At night, we could clearly hear sounds from the phone upstairs, which really affected our sleep. Early the next morning, we were woken up by movements upstairs. We could hear them turning on lights, running water, dragging chairs, and even the sound of running water – everything was audible. The most outrageous thing was clearly hearing the click of the light switch upstairs, which was absolutely unbearable. Also, at night, there were many snails crawling around in the courtyard, even on the glass door, which was a bit disgusting. When I went downstairs in the morning, I immediately saw an earthworm in front of the stairs, which must have crawled in from the courtyard overnight. If you're afraid of these soft-bodied creatures, I wouldn't recommend booking a first-floor room. ## Service The front desk lady was very nice. When we asked her for recommendations on where to go, she patiently gave us suggestions. When we asked for hot water, she told us we could boil it nearby. Thumbs up for the front desk lady!"

"The front desk service was excellent; they even allowed me to check in early when I arrived on an early flight. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, plus some tasty Hainanese snacks. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast hours (7-10 AM) are a bit short; extending it to 10:30 AM would be great. The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. However, for the first few days, the air conditioning couldn't be set low enough to combat the high temperatures, and I woke up feeling hot several times. Given that winter in Hainan can still be quite warm, I recommend having more flexible temperature controls in the rooms."

"Extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel's front desk staff were very warm, professional, and attentive. Especially Ms. Xiaofang, who was enthusiastic and patient, proactively upgraded our room, and kindly introduced us to the hotel's surroundings and other services. We were so pleased that we extended our stay twice. We had originally booked a suite, but the hotel upgraded us directly to a river view suite, which was fantastic with a huge balcony and a breathtaking view. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly meticulous; the room was cleaned thoroughly and with great care. As a smoker, I initially used a mineral water bottle as an ashtray on the balcony. To my surprise, the next day I found the housekeeping staff had placed an ashtray and hotel matches on the balcony for me, which was a very thoughtful touch. All in all, it was a highly satisfying experience, and I will definitely prioritize Pullman Hotels in the future."
