GGuest UserThe hotel's decor is luxurious and elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Haikou Bay. The location is absolutely perfect – it's super close to attractions like the Cloudscape Library and Xiuying Fort, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, are wonderful; their service is gentle, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Overall, the cleanliness is also top-notch.

The hotel's location is super convenient with plenty of amenities nearby, and the staff were incredibly friendly towards children. We had a comfortable and worry-free stay from start to finish. It's commendable that they can maintain Ascott's service standards in such a desolate environment.
Two things that left a deep impression:
1. The front desk proactively packed breakfast for me as I had an early departure the next day.
2. The spa staff were waiting for me an hour in advance.
One area for improvement:
1. Upon check-in, the front desk could proactively share information about the cultural center's activities with guests.
Xiao Liang and Xiao Su provided excellent service, making both check-in and check-out smooth.

HHuangchengmiaomiaoThis level of value and experience is truly rare. The decor is new but there's no unpleasant odor, and the rooms are spacious with a stylish, modern Southeast Asian design. The service is also very attentive and welcoming, including one airport pick-up or drop-off service in a comfortable minivan with massage seats. There's a restaurant on the 4th floor; I ordered a two-person meal, which was delicious and great value. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure in the city, or don't want to stay by the sea on a rainy day, this is definitely a great place to stay.

GGuest UserThis is a high-end hotel with a great environment and it's very clean – perfect for a vacation. The kids had an amazing time with all the activities, including the Hot Spring Valley, the water park, and Squirrel Tribe. If you want to enjoy the hot springs, it's best to go early to have more time.

NNini0703After staying at two hotels in Haikou this trip, I'm even more impressed with Meilun. First, let's talk about the location. It's very close to Qilou Old Street, within walking distance, and right next to People's Park. You can walk through the park to get to the old street. The hotel is located in Longquan Courtyard, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. You don't even have to leave the courtyard to enjoy a lot of great food, like Longquan Coconut Chicken and Xingfu Lou Laoba Tea, both local institutions. And if you cross the park, you'll find Pengji Qingbuliang and Gongjiwan Qingbuliang. The hotel facilities are also top-notch. There's a coffee shop and a kids' play area on the first floor, so parents with children don't need to leave the hotel to entertain their little ones. The breakfast on the 11th floor offers a wide variety, even braised prawns! Plus, there's a different Hainanese specialty every day. The hotel chef's chili fried pork is also delicious. The staff's service is exceptional; anything you need is delivered immediately, and there were even welcome fruits. Our room faced the park, so it was very quiet at night, and the bedding was comfortable – my parents slept soundly. The family room was very spacious. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I come to Haikou. Brand-name chain hotels really do provide peace of mind.

GGuest UserThis time, I took my friend's advice and tried out the Sheraton. The hotel environment is elegant and upscale, clean and tidy, and the room is also spacious and comfortable. There's a swimming pool, and it opens right out to the beach, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were warm and attentive, with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor, showing attention to detail everywhere.
I also booked a travel photoshoot with the hotel's 'Leisure' service, and it exceeded my expectations! Every corner of the hotel – the lobby, corridors, and terrace – was incredibly photogenic and full of atmosphere. The photographer was professional and patient, meticulously guiding my poses and expressions. The shoot was relaxed and not awkward at all, and the original photos had excellent quality. I'll definitely come back to experience this again next time I'm in Haikou!

It's on an upper floor, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room, making it very clean and convenient. A kitchen is also available. Overall, everything was great!

MM24287****I chose to stay here for the Haikou Marathon because it's only 3km from the starting line, a quick bike ride away. It's also just 2km from Qilou Old Street, which is super convenient for cycling and city walks. There are plenty of great food options nearby too, definitely worth another visit! The hotel front desk knew I was running the marathon and kindly arranged for a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up!
