This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Haikou hotel features parking on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.
"Lufeng Hotel (Haikou East Station) is a bit far from Haikou East Station on foot, and the Didi fare is 8 yuan. The hotel lobby is stylish and simple, the front desk receptionist is gentle and professional, and the parent-child room was upgraded for free when I saw that I was with children, which felt very warm. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the towels and bath towels are white and soft; the breakfast is Chinese style, with bread, small steamed buns, corn, vegetables, porridge, freshly cooked noodles and rice noodles, soy milk, and milk, and the quality is good. It is convenient to eat around, and the bus stop is 250 meters away from the hotel. Bus No. 21 goes directly to the Bell Tower and Qilou Old Street, which is very convenient. "The rooms are a bit old, but clean. The front desk service wasn't very efficient; even though I mentioned my arrival time in advance, they weren't prepared, and our group of over 10 people waited a long time at the front desk. However, the breakfast was excellent and surprising, making up for the disappointment with the rooms. Both the food and service at breakfast were great. I would choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou."

SsnailsyjWe took our kids to Haikou for spring break and stayed at two hotels: the Intercontinental Hua Cai and the Atour Hotel. The Atour Hotel is close to the duty-free shop and not far from Rongshanliao Village (beach, sun loungers, great for kids to play in the sand and adults to relax). The hotel facilities are excellent, new, and comprehensive. The pool is clean, which the kids loved. We received a welcome fruit platter, and there were different sweet soups every day. Every staff member was enthusiastic and thoughtful; they even delivered our takeout to the room. This hotel is perfect for shopping trips or just lounging around, haha! It'll definitely be our top choice next time we're in Haikou.

KKanzhenchuanUpon entering the hotel, Skye, one of the porters, proactively and enthusiastically helped me with the door and my luggage, instantly making me feel welcome and at home.
At the front desk, Gina's fluent Mandarin made me think she was from northern China. I even asked her where she was from, and when I found out she was local, it really spoke to the hotel's professionalism.
I arrived late in the evening and went to the Chinese restaurant to try some Hainanese specialties like local fish and black goat. The server recommended an affordable set menu, which was excellent! 👍
Next time I'm in Haikou, I'll definitely book your hotel in advance (I'll come back just for that little fish pond!).

GGuest UserThe Renaissance Haikou was unexpectedly good! Since my flight to Haikou arrived late at night, I chose a hotel that was a reasonable distance from the airport. The service was excellent, and the place was clean and tidy. Renna spoke so softly and kindly – truly a testament to Marriott and its staff, who treat guests like friends. It felt very welcoming. On the third floor, there's a kids' play center with many activities and programs to choose from, so both kids and adults can have fun. The breakfast was also great, with fresh ingredients. I'll definitely choose the Renaissance again if I get the chance. Highly recommended!

The kids had an amazing time with all the activities, including the Hot Spring Valley, the water park, and Squirrel Tribe. If you want to enjoy the hot springs, it's best to go early to have more time.

VVanessaChengI had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Haikou during the Easter break, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a beautiful and expansive resort, the hotel offers a multitude of activities that made our stay both delightful and engaging.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the picturesque surroundings and the sheer size of the resort. The options for outdoor activities seemed endless, with golf, golf frisbee, croquet, gym, tennis, and even pickleball available for guests. The staff was remarkably attentive, going above and beyond to arrange the sports activities we were keen on trying.
Our room was always pristine, thanks to the meticulous housekeeping team who serviced it twice a day. This level of attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated.
A pleasant surprise was the complimentary photoshoot included in our package. The photographer managed to capture wonderful memories for us, making our stay even more special.
In summary, we had an incredible time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment at the Ritz-Carlton Haikou. The combination of luxurious amenities, engaging activities, and unparalleled service made it a stay to remember. We are already looking forward to our next visit and have eagerly recommended this outstanding resort to all our friends.

SShengtakelalitachuzhuangwangAs a partial Hainanese local, I chose the Haikou Marriott for a staycation this time. Perhaps because I'd read reviews, my overall experience exceeded expectations.
The hotel is right by the West Coast, and opening the balcony door reveals ocean views. The executive lounge also offers expansive views, making a light meal and an evening breeze particularly enjoyable.
The public areas are designed compactly and cleverly. One side hides a large, separate adult pool area. The children's area has pontoon bridges, waterslides, and hot springs. Tropical vegetation is scattered throughout, exuding a relaxed resort vibe. Check-in was very efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly throughout. Our butler, Michelle, added me on WeChat in advance and was quick to respond and resolve any issues, which was especially valuable during the busy May Day holiday.
The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was just right in terms of firmness, and the bathroom was spacious. It was exceptionally quiet at night. The humidity is very high this season, so I communicated in advance to arrange for a dehumidifier and air purifier to combat the dampness. The room stayed very dry. A tip: before sleeping, empty the dehumidifier and set it for about five hours to avoid being woken by the full-water alarm at night.
Breakfast offered a rich variety. You could tell the hotel was eager to satisfy all guests' tastes, from the children's dining area with local specialty noodles and soups to Western pastries, various yogurts, and porridge. Replenishments were also very timely.
The location is very close to the duty-free shop. After dinner, you can take a taxi for a quick visit when it's less crowded at night.
I was especially happy with the activities during the May Day holiday. The bonfire party on the first day and the Nature Forest Kids' Camp activities were all free to attend, almost as if they were tailor-made for my child! Woodworking, creative cardboard crafts, water fights, pottery – teachers Grape and Dolphin were incredibly patient. My child was so busy with classes at the hotel, he didn't want to go anywhere else, haha!
The hotel's travel photography was also a pleasant surprise. The Hanfu styling was excellent value for money; they patiently spent an hour and a half on my makeup and hair. Any corridor in the hotel provided a grand backdrop for photos, and the final results were excellent. Definitely worth trying!

GGuest UserI was thoroughly impressed by the service at this hotel! From helping with luggage to check-in, everyone greeted us with a smile. I was traveling with my child, and the front desk immediately provided a toiletries kit, which my child loved. Our butler, Nita, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with booking a travel photoshoot. In the evening, she prepared a bedtime dessert for my child – the papaya and white fungus soup was delicious! Before we checked out, Nita also arranged a late check-out for us, telling us not to rush, which was incredibly thoughtful. I definitely have to commend the hotel's service! 👍🏻

Cchenqifan913The hotel's location is actually quite good, not as remote as some online reviews suggest. However, the facilities and equipment are very old and urgently need an upgrade. Otherwise, even the best service can't compensate for the hardware shortcomings. Basic hygiene also leaves something to be desired; the cleanliness details in the room, especially the shower, desperately need improvement. The age of the facilities isn't even the biggest issue anymore.
I'm not sure what group the hotel hosted yesterday, but I was in room 6068, and there was constant noise from people dragging tables and chairs upstairs, which severely disrupted my rest all night. On top of that, the electric fan in the room was incredibly loud once turned on. I arrived quite late, and my entire night's sleep was disturbed. I was initially very upset, but I want to thank Nancy, the Front Office Manager, and Rebecca from Guest Relations for actively resolving the issue for me. They arranged a taxi to take my luggage to another hotel, which significantly improved my otherwise unpleasant experience. This 5-star review is for Nancy and Rebecca; having them at the hotel is truly thoughtful!

SShengyue。I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room even came with a mini-fridge, which was a thoughtful touch. The service throughout my stay was incredibly attentive; the cleaning staff always asked about my needs beforehand and tidied the room with great care. The hotel environment is very quiet; there was no noise in the hallways or rooms, so I got excellent rest. The hygiene was impeccable; the bed linen and duvet covers were brand new, and the toiletries were neatly arranged and clean. The hot congee and freshly made pastries at breakfast were delicious, and the ingredients were fresh!
