"The room facilities were decent, I quite liked them. It's very close to the airport and the outlets, which is convenient. However, there's not much to browse at the outlets.
The service was terrible!!! I stayed here for the convenience of catching a flight. I was supposed to be able to check-in and check my luggage directly at the hotel. I even specifically asked about this when I checked in, but the staff couldn't give me clear information. They didn't tell me that you have to check in from the hotel three hours in advance!!!!! As a result, I couldn't check in at the hotel and still had to go to the airport. And the staff had absolutely no attitude about it, it was truly frustrating."

"The receptionist are so efficient and they’re understaff tremendously. However they still function in tip top professionally. I’m amaze by how the customer cut queues and of no where broke glasses and all the delivery just jumped in to ask questions, the chaos situation over front desk daily ( we stay 10 days, 3 sets of rooms) and the front desks just handle patiently but efficiently! My goodness please give them the raise they deserve!!!"

"We chose this hotel for our first night in Haikou because it's conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to enjoy dining, drinking, and entertainment. Since it's a new hotel, the hygiene is excellent – the towels and bath towels were clean and comfortable. The rain shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus! The bathroom has a dry/wet separation, and even the toilet area is separated from the dry area by a glass door, which is really nice. The breakfast buffet in the morning was quite plentiful and generally met the expectations for a hotel of this caliber, pretty good overall. The hotel's location is fantastic, very convenient for driving, and the parking lot is right downstairs. A special shout-out to the friendly young man with glasses at the front desk – he truly showed us the warm hospitality of Hainan people."

"This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service. When checking in, the front desk proactively asked if I needed the service and helped with the booking, which was really helpful. The bookstore design in the ground floor lobby is a real highlight; I personally loved it. The room and bedding were also very clean. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Though that might be because I arrived a bit late, around 9 AM."

"The newly opened hotel will still have a little taste, but it doesn't matter, the room is very comfortable! ! ! The whole house is smart and shouts a small degree, and you can switch the lights and pull the curtains (you can still talk to Xiaodu if you have nothing to do). I also have a small balcony in this room. If I live with friends, I can also watch the scenery on the balcony. There is nothing wrong with it. Iron juices, if you don't have to go back to work, otherwise you will stay for two days. (The front desk is all handsome guys and beautiful women, too eye-catching 👍)"

"True to its reputation as a venerable five-star hotel in the city, everything from its location and design to its facilities and service is top-notch. EX, who handled both the front desk and concierge duties, helped us upgrade our room during check-in. We got a spacious sea-view room with fantastic scenery, and they even thoughtfully converted the living room sofa into a sofa bed. The hotel's foam party and pool were a huge hit with the kids. On our second night, we opted for the BBQ buffet on the hotel's lawn – incredibly delicious and excellent value for money. We were lucky enough to have the entire lawn to ourselves that evening, enjoying one-on-one service from the chef. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit Haikou!"

"The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants and convenient parking nearby. The family room this time was fantastic! The overall room environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. Seeing that I had two children, the floor manager thoughtfully provided an extra pair of kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, which was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and offered a wide variety. The laundry room was also very convenient. The robot delivering our takeout was a pleasant surprise for the kids. Thank you for giving us such wonderful travel memories."

Environment: Quite quiet.
Service: The front desk staff were very polite and their service was excellent!
The hotel's breakfast standard is also very high, with a wide variety of food! The hotel has an underground parking garage.

The floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlook Wanlu Park and the ocean, and waking up to that view in the morning instantly melts away all stress. Just a short walk around the corner brings you to Friendship Sunshine City, a popular local mall for shopping and dining. The hotel's sunset views are also absolutely breathtaking, truly stunning. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady; she noticed I had a sore throat during check-in and without a word, she handed me extra bottles of water and kindly reminded me to drink warm water. Very thoughtful!

The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with a fixed showerhead and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are professional, friendly, and provide excellent service. It's in a very central location, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions – many are just a few minutes' walk away. This made my trip incredibly worthwhile. In the evenings, I could even explore the night market. I strongly recommend this as a transit hotel for your Haikou trip. Most importantly, the front desk service is fantastic – patient, meticulous, and enthusiastic. They respond and resolve any issues quickly. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful and nice but also very thorough and patiently handled all my questions. I'll definitely stay here again!

HHuangchengmiaomiaoThis level of value and experience is truly rare. The decor is new but there's no unpleasant odor, and the rooms are spacious with a stylish, modern Southeast Asian design. The service is also very attentive and welcoming, including one airport pick-up or drop-off service in a comfortable minivan with massage seats. There's a restaurant on the 4th floor; I ordered a two-person meal, which was delicious and great value. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure in the city, or don't want to stay by the sea on a rainy day, this is definitely a great place to stay.

My child absolutely loved playing in the water, and all the facilities were communal, which made for a great experience. The complimentary photoshoot was fantastic! The photographer knew all the best spots in the hotel and even fulfilled my child's wish to take photos at the golf driving range. My child wanted every single photo when we were selecting them!

GGuest UserThis is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.

My room offered a prime ocean view with an excellent high-altitude perspective overlooking the city center, providing panoramic vistas of Haikou Bay and Century Bridge. In the evening, I was treated to breathtaking sunsets – this is truly a place where the sunset glow paints your face. After dark, the city lights sparkled brilliantly, creating an unbeatable nightscape. The sea-view room was fantastic; I could lie in bed and gaze out at the ocean, enjoying the romantic seamless blend of sea and sky. The scenery outside the window was absolutely magnificent. If you're coming to Haikou, you absolutely must stay here!

GGuest UserI was thoroughly impressed by the service at this hotel! From helping with luggage to check-in, everyone greeted us with a smile. I was traveling with my child, and the front desk immediately provided a toiletries kit, which my child loved. Our butler, Nita, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with booking a travel photoshoot. In the evening, she prepared a bedtime dessert for my child – the papaya and white fungus soup was delicious! Before we checked out, Nita also arranged a late check-out for us, telling us not to rush, which was incredibly thoughtful. I definitely have to commend the hotel's service! 👍🏻

DDianpingzhuanjiaaaaaFacilities: Great! A bit old, but for this price, what more could you ask for? The only issue was one bedside lamp was broken. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after 4 days and 3 nights, my back felt perfectly fine. I didn't even get a chance to ask what brand it was.
Hygiene: Excellent, with a few minor imperfections.
Service: The customer service auntie was incredibly enthusiastic and flawless. I genuinely felt her professional attitude of ”serving you” came from the heart, and I'm very grateful! However, at check-in, she seemed a bit tired. Her demeanor was gentle, but she only briefly mentioned breakfast. I also noticed the complimentary Qilou photo shoot service wasn't explained or offered, and I was too lazy to ask and make a reservation. This could be improved...
Environment: Very close to the sea, but the weather wasn't great, so the sea view was quite ordinary. I absolutely loved the room design, and all the amenities were very comprehensive. These are my honest personal feelings. Overall, the stay was very smooth!

Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport.
