Warm and friendly staff, Emily was very helpful-giving great suggestions and information. The hotel is clean and very quiet. Very comfortable beds, good size room. Restaurants nearby, short did ride to shopping malls. The pool is large and very clean. Highly recommend staying here

The meals cater to both northern and southern tastes, and it's rare to find such authentic Hainanese flavors – a bowl of freshly cooked Hainanese noodles truly captures the island essence. There's also a generous selection of Western pastries, salads, and fresh fruits. No need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy your meal and kick off a delightful trip to Haikou.

We stayed here twice. The pool and hot spring are always well kept. The foot fish pool was recently restocked. The spring water is used for all the hotel rooms. It is better than the water at the spring by Holiday Beach. The breakfast buffet is well worth adding on the room. The 凉拌 dishes are excellent, the salad is fresh, they serve very fresh 内蒙古牛奶 Inner Mongolian Milk that is excellent. I did feel the restaurant was also good. We feel the quality bar at this hotel is good. The surroundings are peaceful. There are bicycles and scooters to rent. You can walk to the beach easily.

The service was very welcoming, and the hot spring water in the room was incredibly comfortable and silky smooth. The location is super convenient, and the room was spotlessly clean. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was super comfy, and the dry/wet separation design in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient with check-in, and even proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in this trip. It is located in the tropical rain forest, quite quiet, well equipped and has natural hot springs. It is very convenient for people who drive, there is a dedicated parking lot, the boss is quite easy-going, the pool is a special project of the hotel, absolutely recommended!
