Hot Spring Hotels in Haikou

The environment and hygiene are both excellent. Our room had a super large balcony. We arrived quite late, and there was only one lady at the front desk, but her service was still thoughtful, detailed, and comprehensive. She meticulously informed us about all the included amenities like parking and breakfast, and even helped us extend our check-out time for the next day. We were super satisfied with the service! The kids loved the bunk beds, and the room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Of course, the shower pressure wasn't particularly strong. The breakfast was decent. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Haikou.

A hidden gem of a hotel with excellent service and facilities! We traveled during the off-season, and this hotel offered incredible value for money. The staff were incredibly attentive, even upgrading us to a two-bedroom, one-living room family suite with a private hot spring bath. Our family was super comfortable, and having our own hot spring in the room was amazing. The public pool and smaller hot springs were also great – clean water and a fantastic experience. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. Our overall stay was a perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

We stayed here twice. The pool and hot spring are always well kept. The foot fish pool was recently restocked. The spring water is used for all the hotel rooms. It is better than the water at the spring by Holiday Beach. The breakfast buffet is well worth adding on the room. The 凉拌 dishes are excellent, the salad is fresh, they serve very fresh 内蒙古牛奶 Inner Mongolian Milk that is excellent. I did feel the restaurant was also good. We feel the quality bar at this hotel is good. The surroundings are peaceful. There are bicycles and scooters to rent. You can walk to the beach easily.

A perfect 'haven' during our trip! The hotel is conveniently located near the main commercial street, within walking distance, and surrounded by many unique snack shops, making it super easy to find delicious food. The room offered expansive window views of the beautiful street, and the decor was warm and elegant. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful local snacks provided. Breakfast was not only delicious but also featured local specialties, offering a direct taste of the local culture. The staff were always smiling and proactively offered travel advice, saving us a lot of time on planning. This stay truly doubled the happiness of our journey!

The owner of the hotel is enthusiastic, the special soup pool room on the first floor is very good, and the yard is warm and comfortable. The room is fully equipped. The air around the green plants is good. The farm food at the homestay is also delicious. Economical.
