JinwanshijiThis hotel is quite good, built in a newly developed area. All the facilities are in great condition as it's brand new. The room amenities are very complete, and the toiletries are of good quality. The pool also looks great, even though I didn't get to use it – with a new hotel, the hardware is usually fine. My main concern was the software and service, and I found both to be excellent. Lucas, a staff member, left a strong impression; he was still very enthusiastic even though we arrived late at night. I didn't observe the frontline staff much, but all the management seemed professional and on the ball. Ultimately, it comes down to location and your personal needs.

Guest UserThe mattress has a soft and a firm side, which was perfect for my back problems! The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent – super good! The personalized service was exceptional; Sherry, the Assistant Manager in the lobby, deserves special praise. She noticed I hadn't come to the restaurant for breakfast one day and proactively messaged me to ask if I needed breakfast delivered to my room. It truly made me feel at home! The buffet restaurant's service was just okay, and the food quality could be improved.

What impressed me most was the hotel's service. From the entrance to the room, there was always someone seamlessly guiding me, and their attitude was warm and welcoming. Traveling alone with a child, the experience was excellent. They have an indoor pool, and even when it's sunny, there's a place for kids to play. Breakfast was quite diverse. It's perfect for family trips and vacations. The only downside is that the beach right outside seems to be under some kind of construction, which isn't very aesthetically pleasing right now.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new, smart facilities. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The pool was the cherry on top, and there's also a large dog-walking garden that's absolutely stunning at sunset.

Guest UserThe environment and hygiene are both excellent. Our room had a super large balcony. We arrived quite late, and there was only one lady at the front desk, but her service was still thoughtful, detailed, and comprehensive. She meticulously informed us about all the included amenities like parking and breakfast, and even helped us extend our check-out time for the next day. We were super satisfied with the service! The kids loved the bunk beds, and the room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Of course, the shower pressure wasn't particularly strong. The breakfast was decent. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Haikou.

Let me just say upfront, I'm not a shill, but out of all the hotels I've stayed at, Mission Hills Haikou's service definitely ranks among the top. Every single staff member has an exceptionally great attitude; almost everyone proactively greets you. The lobby staff were particularly excellent – they arranged breakfast and kids' club access for my child and even upgraded our room. Both the hotel's soft and hard amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and definitely deserves praise. I'll definitely stay at Mission Hills Haikou again next time I'm in Haikou.

Traveling with zero stress, thanks to their butler-style service, which is simply the best!
▪️ **Scheduled Transfers:** The hotel offers scheduled shuttle services to the airport/train station (at 08:30, 10:20, 12:50, 15:00). Just book in advance, and you can get there directly without waiting for a ride-hailing car under the scorching sun.
▪️ **Excellent Location:** Right next to Longhu Tianjie shopping mall! Dining and shopping are just a stone's throw away. It's only 601 meters from Chengxi Station, 2 kilometers from Haikou East Station, and 14.5 kilometers from Meilan Airport. The location is absolutely perfect.
👔 **A Blessing for the Lazy: Butler Laundry Service**
Worried about running out of clean clothes while traveling? No need to worry here! Just dial the front desk from your room or fill out the laundry slip, and a staff member will come to collect your clothes. You don't have to lift a finger, and they'll return them freshly washed and ironed to your room! This service truly feels five-star. 👌
🍹 **All-in-One Dining, Drinking & Entertainment**
▪️ **Complimentary Minibar:** The mini-fridge in the room is stocked with drinks you can enjoy freely (it's included in your benefits!).
▪️ **Recreational Facilities:** There's also an outdoor swimming pool and a gym on the top floor, perfect for snapping some great photos or getting a workout in.
▪️ **Breakfast & Coffee:** The breakfast spread is very diverse, with both Chinese and Western options. Oh, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a double coffee voucher for me ☕️. Enjoying a coffee by the window in the afternoon while taking in the view really set the mood! #hotelreview

Guest UserOur family stayed at the hotel, and our butler, Fiona, provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service. She proactively contacted us even before check-in to meticulously arrange everything, including helping us upgrade our room type and offering complimentary breakfast. During our stay, she continuously followed up, always checking on our comfort, and was very quick to respond to any requests. The hotel boasts an excellent sea view with a wide vista and outstanding scenery. The children's swimming pool has plenty of shade, so it's mostly protected from the sun during the day, which deserves high praise. The adult swimming pool is huge, the water is crystal clear, and it's not crowded, making for a fantastic swimming experience. The hotel also organized children's activities in both the morning and afternoon, which the kids absolutely loved. With the thoughtful butler service and beautiful sea views, we were very satisfied with our stay this trip.

I have to say, this trip was truly unforgettable. Putting everything else aside, I was assigned a room incredibly far away. Then, I had a free seafood porridge with Zao Po Cu sauce from the hotel for dinner at 5:30 PM. I didn't sleep a wink that night due to severe diarrhea, to the point of dehydration. I even suspected ****. If I hadn't had to rush back to the office for a meeting the next day, I honestly would have needed to go to the hospital... I couldn't even move on the plane because of the stomach pain.
The hotel manager explained that it was because it was my first time having Zao Po Cu and it could be irritating. But I went to Sanya in July and had Zao Po Cu hot pot and had no issues whatsoever. This was truly memorable. If I had kept the ## proof, I would really go back and argue with the hotel, but never mind. Anyway, for those who want to experience diarrhea and vomiting, I recommend it!
