4-Star Hotels in Haikou

Haikou Qianna Hotel was an amazing experience! The room was spotless, and the bathtub and smart toilet were super comfortable to use. The environment was quiet and stylish. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. My entire stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Haikou!

Pros: Excellent service, clean and hygienic, good soundproofing, and quiet. Suggestions: 1. No small bottle of hand-washing detergent was provided. 2. For the convenience of female guests, I recommend installing a foldable magnifying mirror next to the main mirror. 3. The sink is too shallow, and the water pressure from the faucet is very strong, often splashing water onto clothes. 4. The trash was not emptied completely. 5. When cleaning the room, it would be much better if the guest's pajamas were neatly folded and placed, rather than just being left casually on top of the duvet. 6. Disposable amenities should be replaced with new ones, not just refolded and put back in their original place.

The hotel's exterior is modern and grand, with a striking entrance that immediately makes a great first impression. The guest rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and gentle lighting, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The lobby is expansive, featuring marble floors and exquisite chandeliers, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with delicious hot soups and plump shrimp—every bite is satisfying. The open kitchen prepares dishes on the spot with fresh ingredients, and the staff are professional and attentive. The coffee area is well-equipped, offering panoramic city views from the window, perfect for a delightful morning ritual. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations, with quality evident in every detail. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel is very new and has all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine, gym, and restaurant. The environment is excellent, tastefully decorated in a vintage and Nanyang style. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard. Each bed comes with two types of pillows, so guests who prefer either soft or firm pillows will find one that suits them – that's a huge plus! The 4th-floor restaurant also serves great food, making it possible to spend the entire day at the hotel without needing to go out. Cleanliness: All tables in the room, including those in the bathroom, were very clean. Service: The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they did handle everything I needed them to, so it was fine. The airport transfer driver was nice and quite chatty. Airport pick-up/drop-off service: Having the airport transfer service was truly hassle-free, and the vehicles provided were new and comfortable.

The hotel's location and environment are excellent. Right across the street is a large shopping mall, which is super convenient. I really loved the decor and facilities. The room was spacious, on a high floor with large windows, offering great natural light and a fantastic view. My first impression upon entering was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, just like in the pictures. The 'super large bed' really *was* super large, haha! You could practically roll around on it, perfect for our family of four. The room amenities were comprehensive, including an AI voice assistant, a bathtub, and a smart toilet, which the kids especially enjoyed. If you're looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Haikou, I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is one of the few with hot springs in the city center. It's an older property, which is why it has the hot springs, so some facilities are a bit dated, but it's very well-managed. The air conditioning was on in the room constantly, so there was no musty smell. The bedding was good and clean. The mattress was comfortable, just the right firmness. I have to commend the front desk staff during check-in. They lent me an umbrella even before I had completed my booking, which really touched me with their trust. During check-out, a young lady told me to buy my airport shuttle ticket from a machine (later, an older staff member saw my booking and gave me a shuttle ticket). It seems their training could be improved in this area.

A very nice hotel. They provided a welcome gift of Hainan local snacks, and a small gift upon check-out. The room had a river view, with a beautiful scene. The bathroom also had complimentary nail clippers and ear picks.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and overall really enjoyed my experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby shopping malls, restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to specially thank the hotel for the complimentary late check-out extension. This was extremely helpful and allowed us to have a much more relaxed and comfortable departure without having to rush. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt that the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The free room upgrade and late check-out were especially appreciated. Great value for money, excellent service, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Haikou. Highly recommended!

This stay was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to Xiuying Port. The community environment is beautiful, with lots of greenery. The receptionist was quick to process the check-in and provided excellent service. The upgrade to a sea view room offered a stunning nighttime view. It was great value for money!
