The hotel's interior is excellent, and the soundproofing is really good, making it very quiet. The overall facilities are well-equipped, and there's a printer/copier on the first floor that you can connect to. The breakfast restaurant on the 11th floor is also quite good, with special breakfast items rotated daily. The 'Qingbuliang' (a local dessert soup) is fantastic, and right next door there's 'Longquanren Coconut Chicken.' The hotel offers a coupon for 25 off every 100 spent there, which is a great deal. The location is also convenient for getting around, making it a perfect choice for business trips. Since they offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the duty-free shop, I plan to stay here again for my next leisure trip.

A very nice hotel. They provided a welcome gift of Hainan local snacks, and a small gift upon check-out. The room had a river view, with a beautiful scene. The bathroom also had complimentary nail clippers and ear picks.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. It's also within walking distance to MixC World, and public transport nearby is very accessible. The front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Xin, was incredibly warm and professional. She even upgraded my room to a spacious and comfortable sea-view king room, where I could enjoy a side sea view. The self-service laundry on the 31st floor was very convenient, making it a top choice for business trips. She also helped me upgrade my room type. When checking out, I forgot my headphones, but I was already almost boarding my flight. They proactively helped me mail them back, which I really appreciate! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is a really interesting hotel! 👍 It's right next to Qilou Old Street, and you can step out directly onto the pedestrian street, making it super convenient for getting around. The decor is very unique; there's even a huge boat in the common area, which my son loved pretending to be a captain on! 😎 The rooms also feature various Nanyang-style decorations, and even the table is shaped like a boat, which is quite fun. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's plenty of hot water. Highly recommend! 🥰

I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as “Newly opened in 2026.” However, the actual experience did not match that expectation. Although the hotel appears to have been renovated, the building itself is clearly an older property rather than a truly new one. This was disappointing as the “newly opened” description was the key reason for my booking. During my stay, I had to change rooms more than once due to cleanliness and room condition issues. While the staff were polite, the overall standard did not reflect what most travelers would expect from a newly opened hotel. The breakfast service also needs significant improvement. The selection was very limited, food was often not replenished, and there was not enough for guests. The overall organization and quality of the breakfast experience were below expectations. I hope the hotel improves both its facilities and service standards in the future, and that the listing description is presented more accurate for guests

This stay was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to Xiuying Port. The community environment is beautiful, with lots of greenery. The receptionist was quick to process the check-in and provided excellent service. The upgrade to a sea view room offered a stunning nighttime view. It was great value for money!
