GGuest UserConveniently located near Wanlu Park, it's an easy walk to the seaside! The room has a new Chinese elegant and cozy style, it's clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Situated on Binhai Avenue, transportation is also very convenient. The service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It offers excellent value for money, truly superb!

MMuxingzhubiteThe location is pretty good, not far from the Qilou Old Street. It's also near a park, so it's quite quiet. The decor is relatively new, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The breakfast's Zao Po Cu Noodles are delicious. The front desk lady's service attitude was also excellent. I hope they introduce non-smoking rooms.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. It's also within walking distance to MixC World, and public transport nearby is very accessible. The front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Xin, was incredibly warm and professional. She even upgraded my room to a spacious and comfortable sea-view king room, where I could enjoy a side sea view. The self-service laundry on the 31st floor was very convenient, making it a top choice for business trips. She also helped me upgrade my room type. When checking out, I forgot my headphones, but I was already almost boarding my flight. They proactively helped me mail them back, which I really appreciate! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserStaying at the Nanyang Royal Hotel Qilou Branch in Haikou was an amazing experience, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it!
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the Qilou Old Street. Step out and you're surrounded by centuries-old Qilou buildings. It's within walking distance of attractions like Shuixiangkou and the Bell Tower, and there's an abundance of great food nearby, making it super convenient for enjoying local 'Laoba Cha' (daddy tea) and specialty snacks. Getting around is a breeze.
The hotel boasts a Nanyang retro style, converted from an old building, exuding a strong vintage atmosphere everywhere. The public areas are decorated with antique items, giving it a rich cultural feel. The service is also very thoughtful; the front desk staff are warm and attentive, proactively recommending local travel tips, and their attention to detail is excellent.
The only minor drawbacks are that, due to Hainan's climate, the room felt a bit damp, and the air conditioning's outdoor unit was a bit noisy when operating.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as âNewly opened in 2026.â However, the actual experience did not match that expectation.
Although the hotel appears to have been renovated, the building itself is clearly an older property rather than a truly new one. This was disappointing as the ânewly openedâ description was the key reason for my booking.
During my stay, I had to change rooms more than once due to cleanliness and room condition issues. While the staff were polite, the overall standard did not reflect what most travelers would expect from a newly opened hotel.
The breakfast service also needs significant improvement. The selection was very limited, food was often not replenished, and there was not enough for guests. The overall organization and quality of the breakfast experience were below expectations.
I hope the hotel improves both its facilities and service standards in the future, and that the listing description is presented more accurate for guests
