Guest UserEven though our room was by the road, it was incredibly quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The hotel was very clean and well-equipped. On our first night, I unfortunately came down with a fever, and the hotel even brought hot water up to our room, which was a really thoughtful gesture! I definitely recommend it to everyone (the gym is also very clean).

Anonymous UserFor this price, there's nothing to complain about at this hotel. They even offer a complimentary shuttle to the duty-free shop. I specifically took photos of the breakfast this morning because both the adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed it. As we were leaving, I opened the door to find a welcome fruit basket hanging there – such a thoughtful touch! The front desk staff, particularly a young man named Dalin, provided exceptionally attentive and considerate service. I also want to give a special shout-out to the cleaning staff. I noticed over the past two days that after we finished our takeout meals, we'd leave the rubbish outside the door, and it would be collected incredibly quickly. The overall service mindset here is outstanding.

Goddess_GI booked the honeymoon suite because I wanted to treat myself—even though I’m a solo traveler. The first room I was given smelled terrible, like someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. I told the front desk, and they were kind enough to change my room. The new room smelled much better.
The tub was amazing, the shower was great, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was really fast. The staff didn’t speak English very well, but they helped me as much as they could.
The location wasn’t ideal—I had to take a DiDi or a bus everywhere since most places were quite far, even by car. The restaurant didn’t have many vegetarian options, so I usually ate out. I never found the pool, even though the hotel was supposed to have one.
Other than that, I had a nice stay, and I really loved the bed
I was also glad they offered some delicious coconut snacks during my stay—I liked them so much that I ended up buying more at a local gift shop since I didn’t see them in the hotel’s own shop!

This is a four-star hotel, and admittedly, some of the facilities are a bit old. When I arrived in Haikou, it had just rained, and there was a musty smell in the room and corridors, which was a bit off-putting. However, everything else was quite good. What stood out was that the shower water was natural hot spring water, and you could even enjoy the hot springs from 2 PM to 10 PM daily. For a room rate of just over 100 RMB, it's truly excellent value for money. Plus, the hotel is located right in the old town, full of local charm and a lively atmosphere. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Haikou.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. It's also within walking distance to MixC World, and public transport nearby is very accessible. The front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Xin, was incredibly warm and professional. She even upgraded my room to a spacious and comfortable sea-view king room, where I could enjoy a side sea view. The self-service laundry on the 31st floor was very convenient, making it a top choice for business trips. She also helped me upgrade my room type. When checking out, I forgot my headphones, but I was already almost boarding my flight. They proactively helped me mail them back, which I really appreciate! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Qilou Old Street, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. My only issue was that the shower pressure was a bit weak, which made showering a bit inconvenient. The hotel breakfast was decent, with a good variety of choices. Overall, it offered pretty good value for money.
