GGuest UserConveniently located near Wanlu Park, it's an easy walk to the seaside! The room has a new Chinese elegant and cozy style, it's clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Situated on Binhai Avenue, transportation is also very convenient. The service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It offers excellent value for money, truly superb!

MM254153****Facilities: The hotel is very new and has all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine, gym, and restaurant. The environment is excellent, tastefully decorated in a vintage and Nanyang style. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard. Each bed comes with two types of pillows, so guests who prefer either soft or firm pillows will find one that suits them – that's a huge plus! The 4th-floor restaurant also serves great food, making it possible to spend the entire day at the hotel without needing to go out.
Cleanliness: All tables in the room, including those in the bathroom, were very clean.
Service: The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they did handle everything I needed them to, so it was fine. The airport transfer driver was nice and quite chatty.
Airport pick-up/drop-off service: Having the airport transfer service was truly hassle-free, and the vehicles provided were new and comfortable.

Although it was spacious, there wasn't a single towel rack in the bathroom, so there was nowhere to hang clothes, which made showering very inconvenient. The hot water was either lukewarm or scalding hot.

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Qin, were gentle and polite, always responding promptly to requests. The hotel's location is superb, with its own parking lot, and plenty of dining and transportation options nearby. For the price, it's truly great value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserStaying at the Nanyang Royal Hotel Qilou Branch in Haikou was an amazing experience, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it!
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the Qilou Old Street. Step out and you're surrounded by centuries-old Qilou buildings. It's within walking distance of attractions like Shuixiangkou and the Bell Tower, and there's an abundance of great food nearby, making it super convenient for enjoying local 'Laoba Cha' (daddy tea) and specialty snacks. Getting around is a breeze.
The hotel boasts a Nanyang retro style, converted from an old building, exuding a strong vintage atmosphere everywhere. The public areas are decorated with antique items, giving it a rich cultural feel. The service is also very thoughtful; the front desk staff are warm and attentive, proactively recommending local travel tips, and their attention to detail is excellent.
The only minor drawbacks are that, due to Hainan's climate, the room felt a bit damp, and the air conditioning's outdoor unit was a bit noisy when operating.

GGuest UserThe hotel we stayed at during our Hainan trip was a wonderful surprise! As a family of four, the front desk proactively offered to provide breakfast and children's slippers and toiletries. Knowing our flight was in the evening, they kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time until 4:30 PM. It was incredibly heartwarming. We took a nap and showered before heading to the airport.
